Rene, the owner of R-Plumber arrived on time for a Saturday project evaluation and did a thorough professional review. He offered reasonable suggestions about the scope of work, and noted that two of the apparent problems were actually not in need of repair. He was immediately likeable, and although his cost estimate was in the middle I hired him. His assistant Luis worked well through the day, doing a great job on the water heater and disposal install, and although the 45 year-old bathtub faucet replacements took a lot more work than expected there was no complaint or request for additional money. I will use him for future plumbing needs.
