Rene did not provide a quote for the work (although, to be fair, I forgot to ask), and it was FAR more expensive than I'd expected.

I thought RPlumber did good work. While they were doing here I asked them to snake my sink and tub drain which were both slow. I feel they gouged me on the price for snaking. Typically there is a service change maybe $75 and then to just snake a drain is usually around a $75 charge. Since they were already here I felt the price should be around $150 for snaking, instead they surprised me with a $150 each drain bill. My fault for adding scope. Won't use them again because I feel taken advantage of.

They came out to our home to fix a gas leak. They were very nice and got the job done quickly. This is a family company, which we liked.

I'm extremely satisfied by R Plumber. Rene's quote was HALF of another Home Advisor-recommended plumber and he included MORE for the price. In fact, he saved me a drywall patch job by going the extra mile (which was more difficult for him!). He was extremely flexible with scheduling, both the quote and the actual job. He's friendly without being overbearing or irritating. He's my new plumber going forward!

I was extremely pleased with the repair services by R Plumber. My water pipes had frozen and I needed repairs ASAP. After reading the reviews for this company, I decided to give them a try. Believe it or not, Rene was at my house within 2 hours of my call. He said he just had to come ASAP because my family had been without water for a day and a half. The repair was made quickly, but Rene stayed much longer to ensure that my hot water was working. I will be forever grateful for the quality of his work, additional plumbing advice, and the priority given me. Also, his prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend R Plumber services to others.

Terrific experience with R Plumber.! Rene arrived on time, explained what he needed to do to address the leak, was extremely thorough in completing the repair, and tested not only to confirm the leak was repaired but that water was flowing properly throughout the house. He took precautions to ensure there were no spills or dirt tracked in the house. I will definitely hire R-Plumber again in the future.

I'm pretty particular and have used big name plumbing companies for years. I decided to try Home Advisor and found R Plumber. Rene removed my old faucet and installed a replacement. I couldn't be happier with his work, ease of scheduling an appointment or the price. I highly recommend R a Plumber and will never go back to the expensive "Big Names."

Rene and his crew were very attentive and their work was very good. They met all their deadlines and even came out to fix something that had been damaged by another crew during build out. I highly recommend working with them!

This is the second time that I have hired R-Plumber through HomeAdvisor. Once again I was impressed by responsiveness and professionalism of the plumber. The cost if the service was reasonable and I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the kitchen sink faucet replacement.

I'm very pleased with Rene's work. The work looks great and the framing they put up to secure the water lines appears to be secure. I'll definitely use them again! They were originally supposed to be here around 0800, but there was an issue with the parts not coming in when expected. He emailed me to let me know they'd be here closer to 0900 the night before, but they didn't show up till about 1000.
