Fast excellent service! Arrived on time, clearly explained everything, even taking video with his cellphone to show me things so I wouldn't have to crawl under the sink. Gave me an accurate estimate, which was reasonable. Worked neatly and efficiently. Made it a point to tell me that all the work they do is guarantee their work for year. I highly recommend R plumbing!!

Luis arrived right on time as scheduled, had the parts on his truck and made the repairs. Luis was extremely professional and friendly. I would definitely use R Plumbers again, if needed.

Rene was very professional. When we found that to complete the job we needed a service he didn't provide, he found someone to come in and assist so the job would be completed on time and correctly. The service was great.

I found a leak under my sink. These guys were very quick to respond to my request and schedule a visit. Luis came and found that my garbage disposal was leaking. He went out, purchased a new one, and installed it within a few hours. Very professional and would hire again.

Had them come in to replace 3 bathroom faucets and 1 kitchen faucet. The original quote was enticing and much lower than their competitors and I decided to hire them. They came the next day and were about 30 minutes late. The crew started the work and after removing one of the faucets I was informed that the P-trap and trap connector to drain assembly for the bathroom faucets was too short and needed to be replaced. The gentleman told me it would be an additional $150 to do the works which I agreed to ... to find out to pay the bill that it was for each bathroom faucet which pushed the bill higher than some of the other quotes I got. I contacted the owner, Rene, and told him how unhappy I was and he simply informed me that $150 was a good price and that was that. Zero effort to rectify the situation in any regard. Be careful, he might provide you with a good price but make sure that you get the details. BEWARE. UPDATE: Rene and I came to an agreement on payment but after not receiving the check promptly he called me and threatened to put a lien on my house. Top it off, I had to have another plumber come out and fix my kitchen faucet after it began to leak.
