Very well, I am really pleased with the service and professionalism of the electrician.

They offered me the 1st appointment of the day and the electrician was here right on time as promised. I stayed with him to help a bit which he didn't mind. He did very good work. I got the timer from Amazon and am very happy with it. I have solar pool heating panels and I wanted them to turn on without me having to go turn on the switch every day. He fixed the broken wire and installed the timer. Total time spent was about 3 hrs. It took longer than I had planned but 220 wires are thick and not easy to work with and he did a very nice job on all of it. I would ave no problem recommending them to someone.

He showed up on time, explained to me how the job would work, performed the work in a timely manner. I was very pleased.

The initial electrician did not arrive on time, in fact, I think he was about 90 minutes late. He stated that he and the office had a miscommunication on the time of the appointment. The outlet was replaced. The electrician said that we were lucky because it was the last outlet he had on his truck. This was surprising since the Angie's List deal included $30 worth of supplies from the truck. I would have thought that meant that the electrician's truck was fully stocked. The new switch's color did not match the wall plate because the electrician only had one with him. The next day, I noticed that the wall plate covering the new outlet box was very hot. I asked my husband to call Murphy's to ask them if that was a bad sign. It was. Another electrician came to the house very quickly and again replaced the outlet box. However, we no longer have a dimmer on that light switch, and I don't understand why a dimmer was not possible. We would prefer a dimmer switch since the switch runs four ceiling lights in the kitchen. 5/28/15 Update based on the Provider's Response: My appointment was scheduled for 8am, according to my records, so he was over 90 minutes late. If you don't provide light switches, you should have told me that while we were scheduling the services. There's a Home Depot 5 minutes from where I live. I would have gladly bought a light switch ahead of time, if I had known to do so. It's still unclear to me what the "van parts fee" covers.....what could be smaller than a light switch?

The electrician came out for the second time unprepared. After asking me to run to Home Depot to get equipment that he should have had to do a simple smart switch replacement and outlet install, he left before I got back and locked my out of the apt! He came back to "finish" the job but didn't install anything after 10 minutes of fiddling around after being an hour late to the appointment!!

Scheduler was professional and efficient. Dispatched technician as promised.We had a reason to call back the technician as one light socket that he tested and proved to be ok turned out to fail later in the day. Technician was dispatched back to the house and replaced the light fixture without an additional charge, except for another 15 mins of labor. Good outcome.

Electrician was prompt, professional and courteous. He completed the job very quickly and was mindful about not going over the time in order to keep the costs down. In addition, he made several recommendations beyond the original scope of work, along with suggestions on how to resolve inexpensively. Would definitely use again.

The repairman was within the time stated, was very professional and completed the work quickly.

Arrived on time, made sure all issues were resolved.

Sean explained pricing and pointed out a deal on Angie's List prior to scheduling. Eric showed up on time, tracked down the problem, and fixed a poorly installed switch the same day. Both gentlemen were friendly and professional. I'd use their service again.

Eric called me in advance to let me know he was on the way, along with an estimate of his arrival time. Isolating the fault was challenging, but Eric was able to locate the bad outlet and correct the problem - all in half an hour. Overall, I was very please with the service. Eric was very professional and, in addition, a very nice person. I highly recommend Murphy Family Electric for your electrical needs.

Great. They did not have the part. but they made the appliance safe.

They were fine. It is five minutes away from me.

Some plugs weren't working and there was an issue with the circuit breaker, and he got all of it fixed. He did an excellent job.

I really appreciated Erik's professionalism and honesty. He was personable and friendly while working. Particularly appreciated his suggestions about buying the replacement switch ourselves and his reminder that Murphy Family Electric was offering a service deal. He waited till I bought the deal online and then applied it to that day's invoice. Very, very nice man, and I have just put in another appointment request for him.

they installed three light fixtures. One of them was done incorrectly and when I called to have them come back to fix it and no one ever called back. They were also 3 hours late showing up

The contractor's work was exceptional. It was neat and look very pleasing to the eye. The sconces were mounted perfect. I got a lot of compliments on the work. Although the contractor seemed to delay the process, it turned out great! The fees included in the price were not expected and too enormous for the time allotted for the job done!! The contractor was pleasant and also felt uncomfortable about the price. I would love to use the contractor again, but not the company.

The technician had a great positive attitude. Put his best effort and discounted the number of actual hours but expertise-wise there were some shortages. At the end part of the work was incomplete and imperfect at some degree.

We are very happy with the results
