Daniel was fast, efficient, and very friendly. ?He paid extra attention to installing the motion light and kept tinkering with it until it was just right.

It did not go...I saw this as a rip off.

It is still something we have to deal with. We have three lights that hang in our kitchen and they said that something was basically heated up in the socket and the socket doesn't work and I asked them if they could fix the socket that's in the ceiling but they said no. So they couldn't come back or they couldn't get it, so I never got the job completed. So I don't know whether it was something they didn't want to finish doing. All I know is that I have three hanging lights and one of them in the kitchen. I was just left with the broken lights still and i would have been glad if they could have ordered it or completed the job but they weren't able to. They said that the socket that's in the ceiling hanging the pendant light is damaged, so they are saying that the whole light is damaged. So they're saying you have to get a whole new fixture. They tried to do what they could.

Very flexible with scheduling. Dan did the actual job and was prompt and courteous. Would use again.

The buyer of my condo had hired an inspector who wanted to prove his worth by recommending that I have all GFCI outlets certified by a licensed electrician. Murphy electric came out and certified that the GFCI outlets were up to code and working properly. The electrician also replaced a burned out balcony light bulb. Murphy then provided a statement certifying the system.

Dustin Taulton with Murphy Services did both my estimate and the actual work at my home -- his estimate came in way under other companies, and the work itself didn't take long at all. It's been a month now, and the unit works great. Dustin was responsive and helpful, and I'd use his company again. Make sure to book well in advance, as it can take a while to schedule in the colder months.

They have been really good. I was a little annoyed recently because they didn't tell me that they were going to cut a big hole on my dry wall. Quality of service was an A because what they installed works well. They cut a big hole on my dry wall without telling me and they left a bit of a mess.

I put down the selected days and I am here 24/7. The company never reached out within the given time and we had an emergency situation with our electrical that affected a freezer in our basement.

Erik arrived on time and went right to work. I had purchased several different lights and he helped select the correct one to use. He was efficient and completed the job fast even though he injured his finger. The lights were installed properly and he left my closet very clean. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends and family.

The coupon for Murphy Family Electric said $99 for $200 value in parts and labor. They were called to install an exhaust fan in the bathroom. We provided the exhaust fan ($45). The electrician didn't want to install it because it was not the exact size as the previous one, being off by less than an inch. Electrician could have used it and made adjustments to the hole in the ceiling. But he didn't want to do that. So he went to Home Depot and purchased an $11 fan, installed that and charged us an additional $60 for labor. So it ended up costing us $204 to install an $11 fan (that may not last long) = $159 for electrician and $45 for unused exhaust fan (that is now non-returnable), or $105 more than the $99 coupon

Been a year since they did the work. No problems since then!

The guy from Murphy totally knew what he was doing at the panel. I only wish he had checked the wiring at the box... since I discovered the previous electrician had the neutral and hot wires backwards.

All went well very professional and helpful. The person that was sent was a subcontractor a take it but Juan was very good and did a great job.
