This was an absolutely painless experience. Bought the Big Deal, scheduled the appointment, came home on the day of the appointment to find my gutters and downspouts clean. No fuss, no complications, they did the work as agreed, cleaned up, and left. That's how services should be!

They did a good job, I was satisfied with their work and would hire them again.

They did a great job cleaning my gutters. However, it took muliple calls and two months to come out and complete the job. Schedule far in advance and you'll be very pleased.

It worked out fine. They scheduled it and did the work while I wasn't home. They did what they said they would do.

We had just bought the home, so the company came by to do an estimate and check for gutter shields. They got back to me on price and we set up a date for cleaning. After the cleaning was complete, we were given another estimate for work they suggested we have done. It was helpful to learn the state of our gutters, but we have deferred any additional work at this time.

Because so many people responded to the deal, I ended up scheduling for a date when I was out of town for several months.. My neighbor said they came and cleaned out the gutters on the scheduled date. The neighbor said they did remove some leaves from the gutter, but because our home is a townhouse, no one (including us) wanted to climb up to the roof to evaluate how good a job it was. The only problem was that during a very windy storm in the spring, the gutter guards blew off. I don't know if they didn't re-attach them properly or if it was just a really bad storm.

It went well. They were efficient and clean. After setting up an Appt over the phone, they came and did the work and left no mess. I couldn't even tell they had been here except we had clean gutters!

I needed my chimney cap and gutters cleaned for obvious reasons and they did a great job. They were professional and punctual. Actually, they were able to move up the scheduled date and get everything done earlier. I requested that pictures be taken (for my HOA) of the work and they did so without any hesitation and got them sent to me very quickly. The gentleman who did the initial assessment and estimate was very professional and took pictures of everything he saw and explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly. There were no surprises in the end. Definitely would use them again.

I purchased a Big Deal for gutter cleaning in January. Called in mid-March to schedule the service. The company will schedule a specific time or fit you into the schedule. Since I work from home, fitting me into the schedule and calling before arrival worked well for me. The service was completed within a week, the team called about an hour before they arrived. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely use this company again.

The service was fine. We had no issues.

We weren't happy with them because we had to wait for them to become available. I thought they did an adequate job. The one thing they did that we couldn't do or didn't want to do was get up on the high parts of the house to clean the gutters, which was the whole reason why we wanted the service. We wanted it done immediately and they were not able to do that, but we went ahead because the price was right and it was a good deal. We wanted the work before the winter season began, but they weren't able to get here until December. I would use them again because I thought their work was okay, but I wouldn't if they were too busy and I needed it done right now.

Scheduling an estimate and the the work was easy. The estimate and work were both done as promised and on time. So far I am very much satisfied with my experience.

Because it was Winter when I purchased this service through Angie's List, the weather did not cooperate and I had to reschedule. Metro Gutter was very accomodating and called me an hour before they arrived to make sure I would be there to meet them. They cleaned all of the gutters and didn't charge additional when a couple had screens on them. They also indicated which ones needed some attention and made it easy to get someone to come by and give me an estimate. They should be coming by sometime next week for the estimate. They did a good job cleaning my gutters, so I will certainly consider using them for the repairs if their price is as reasonable as the cleaning.

Did a great job cleaning gutters and informed me of some roof problems. Was very happy with their work. Was surprised to find they left the leaves bagged up in the driveway. The complete job was done for the cost listed on Angie's list. I gave them a $20 tip because I was very satisfied.

Scheduling was a bit difficult. They did not show up on the week originally scheduled due to a storm, which was completely understandable, but they didn't call to explain their absence or to reschedule. I had to do that after waiting about a week to hear from them. Nevertheless, they did come out and perform the necessary services. I think better communication would have resulted in an A rating rather than a B.
