This is a great company! The office staff was friendly, polite, and efficient--made scheduling easy, easy! William came to my home to give the estimate for the work to be done. He was a pleasure to deal with and very professional, as well. The downspout and elbow were installed when we weren't home. The job was top notch! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of gutter services.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Metro Gutter And Home Services. The service went fine. They were excellent. They came on time, did everything right and I had no complaints. In fact, I would call them again some some other work. They were responsive, arrived on time and did the job quickly.

I was not home, but my wife was. She said Metro showed up early on the day scheduled. I have a hip roof, and they cleaned all four sides, and the small roof over the extension of my garage front. I have had my gutters cleaned before, by another contractor, and they complained about the hip roof, and the gutter over my garage, saying that should have been extra. Metro was very quick, and did not leave any mess. The last contractor left a leaf bag full of gutter junk for me to dispose of. So, compared to my other experiences, I was very satisfied and would use them again.

I asked if they could refer me to someone that could handle my job and they told me to look in the Yellow Pages under Gutter Cleaning. Found this to be not really helpful. I hate to leave a negative review for a provider I wasn't able to use, but usually I find if companies have some self imposed limitations to the services they provide, they can at least refer you to someone that may be able to provide that service. It's not like I asked them to do something completely crazy and unrelated to their business. Overall a disappointing response. Especially at a minimum would've expected them to have someone offer to do a drive by and see if it was a job they could handle as I explained that although it was a 4-level home the gutter is located at the top of the 3rd level (bottom of the 4th level). But they were not interested in doing this. However they did let me know that they are booked through the next 3+ weeks anyway, so maybe they are pretty good if they have that much business lined up. I can't really wait 3+ weeks for service either though, so that was another negative for me at least.

Very prompt, finished job and cleaned up when finished. Excellent service.

I actually wasn't home (had a family member there instead) during the gutter cleaning and roof inspection but I did call and speak with technicians right after the service was complete. The family member insisted I speak to them because they came and went so quickly. Plus she never noticed them using a hose/water to flush out gutters. The tech I spoke to went over everything and assured me that the gutters were indeed cleaned and also informed me of missing shingles on the roof. When I got home, I procedded to check the gutter extenders and indeed they were full of black asphault from the shingles. So I had to clear that from the hose. Do want to note that the technicians were very puctual actually arriving much earlier than expected.

Went very well. Was particularly pleased with their responsiveness because we originally called them after our gutters overflowed and caused a leak into our basement. NOT happy about water in the basement and wanted them here as fast as possible. They were terrific about getting back to me quickly and fitting us in at the first opportunity. In fact, since they were going to squeeze us in, the woman I spoke with on the phone was not able to give me the exact date they could be here because they would squeeze us the first time they were able to do so based on being in our area and they don't do the schedule until each morning. So I would get a call that morning. And I did, I think it was Monday of the next week and I had talked to them on friday, or something like that. So I was very happy how fast they did get me into their schedule. I was also happy with the price, and the guys who showed up were very professional and nice.

It went swimmingly. The tech showed up when they said he would. I didn't have the voucher with me when he arrived, but they honored it when I sent it to them after the fact. The tech wasn't pushy about all the extra stuff and did a good job of letting me know what I was paying for. I would recommend these guys any day of the week.

Workers were on time and started to work right away. They cleaned all the gutters and downspouts, and, while they were on the roof, they inspected two chimneys and chimney flashing. They were courteous and responsive. I was pleased with their work and would use them again.

The technician came on the day of the job and was there right on time. He went straight to work and was laying out the gutter and equipment when I was heading out for an exercise class. By the time I got home a little over an hour later he was done. The work looked really nice and my husband was very pleased with his professionalism and skill. We have had several storms since the gutter was put on this past week and this is the FIRST time since I have lived in this house that the garage has been dry. We are so pleased! We also have gutter caps that another company installed and are thinking about getting them removed - we paid a lot of money for them and they don't work and we got no support from the other company. When we need more gutter work we will DEFINITELY used MetroGutter. Awesome job.

Overall it was a good service. They came when they promised and got everything done in a timely fashion.

Went very well. Team arrived on time and introduced themselves. They verified the work to be done and did the job quickly and quietly. When they were done, they explained what was done an provided advice for keeping gutters clean and clear going forward. They left everything clean, all trash bagged and hauled away the old screens. Very satisfied and will use them again.

The company appears to have done a god job with the gutters. They were very helpful in scheduling and were able to get the work done in a timely manner. The only problem was the crew failed to clean one drain pipe that was attached to a gutter downspout. Though not technically part of the gutter, the fact that it was completely clogged should have been caught in my opinion. Overall the company did a good job and I'd likely use them again.

We spent an additional $250 to replace a section of gutter. They showed up when they were suppose to. We can not inspect the workmanship but the gutters do not leak like they used to so I think it is ok. They were pretty good.

They came out as promised and provided a free estimate. The estimate appeared to be reasonable. They were professional and courteous, but we had the work done by another company.

It was pretty expensive. We were getting flyers in the neighborhood for people who would do it for $60. I went to Angie's List because these people are vetted. I bought a special, which I think in general the specials are more expensive than regular price, an Metro Gutter charged $99. On top of that they added a $50 fee to remove the screens. I didn't see that on the special price. So I wasn't happy with that either.

Very professional and good work. I'd use them again myself and would recommend this provider to others who need gutter work performed.

Bought one of the Angie's List Big Deals for $99 Gutter Cleaning Special. Called provider, had week window provided. Provider called right before appointment as agreed. Guys promptly showed up when promised, worked very fast, did a great job, completely cleaned up their mess and were on their way. Very thorough, noted some minor problems with my gutters, no pressure to Only thing I wish was clearer was that they charge an extra $50 for situations when there are gutter covers (which is completely reasonable). It was in the "fine print" section but if you didn't look there, it wasn't apparent. I would suggest that be put into the main ad the next time they do that so its not so easily overlooked. Other than that one nitpick which was admittedly an oversight on my part, I have nothing but positive things to say about the courtesy, service and responsiveness of these guys and I will absolutely use them again. Great experience.

My experience with them was horrible. When they came out, they promised the would check my roof because part of the thing was to examine the roof. So, when they left the bill, I asked if they take a look at the roof and they said that that wasn't a part of their job. He was deceptive. Maybe I was just disappointed because I thought they were going to do that and they didn't do it. They were timely and they came when they said they were going to.

The new gutters look great! This is a very professional, prompt, and good company to work with.

I spoke with this firm on the phone to arrange an appointment for the gutter cleaning. They were friendly and prompt and I was pleased with their service. They aren't the cheapest firm offering this service, but they were pretty good.

They left a bag of what they cleaned out, so I assume they did it.

We have very few trees on our lot and have not needed gutter cleaning since the house was built 5 years ago. However, I noticed a corner joint leaking recently after rain probably caused by some minor debris in the gutter so I felt some service was needed. I called several companies in April from Angie's list and chose Metro Gutter to make an appointment. If I was more flexible on the schedule they could have come out more quickly but since I had never used them before and wanted to be there for the cleaning, I agreed to a scheduled appointment a few weeks later in May with a 2 hour window and took off work to be present. My main concern was so I could tell if they were cleaned, and also I wanted the debris removed, not rinsed down into our buried pipes. They called in the morning as they had promised and showed up at the appointed time so it got off to a good start and the workers were friendly and polite. They got on the roof and took a walk around and pulled out a few gallons of leaves which they put in a plastic bag and were done with the cleaning in less than 10 minutes ($150). I felt the price was high given the cleaning was so easy but I had no problem paying the agreed price for the scheduled service. The main reason for my initially lower rating started when discussing the corner leak and a one foot piece of downspout which needed to be replaced since the buried pipe had settled and there was a gap. They proposed a $50 additional charge for this work. I requested that they include that in the original price since they had done so little cleaning, but they did not agree. So, I reluctantly agreed to the extra $50. They applied caulk to the corner joint (I won't know for some time if it was successful but that seemed OK) and then started work on the downspout piece. I actually was planning to do this myself but assumed they would do it quickly and professionally and save me time. So I was then surprised at the amateurish way the downspout was cut and fit. I expected they would have had the proper tools and training to cut the downspout to length and shape the end to be inserted. However, they just used snips and the end result was ugly and actually took the worker a surprising amount of time. I paid the $200 and they left. After my initial fair rating on Angie's list, I was contacted by Mike the Field Manager who addressed my concerns with the quality and fit of the downspout by adding an appropriate adapter and agreeing to refund the $50 added charge so I have raised them to a "good" rating. I would give an "A" if they had done that in the first place.

This was not a good experience from the initial phone call, which was terse and provided very little information to the final product that I can only assume was completed. There was no receipt or card left saying that the company had come and completed the work (gutter cleaning is not something you can check up on very well). I only believe they did come because the covering I had over the gutters, a leaf protector that came with the house, was askew, the edges lifted up in many places. Many parts of it have since fallen off in the wind. The gutters and roofline were suddenly noticeable and messy looking. I am in the process of changing the system all together so I no longer will require gutter cleaning services of anyone thanks to this eye opening experience Amendment to original review: The owner of this company called me within 24 hours of the posting of this original review with an F rating. He offered to come and look at the job, redo the job to my satisfaction and then on a subsequent call stated that though they had my name and work order they never came out to the house. Hmmm, is this good or bad? End result was a very prompt reimbursement, which is what I think is fair, thus the change in the rating.
