The cleaner arrived on time and was able to clean my gutters in one hour. He was cheerful and advised that the gutters were starting to come loose in a couple of places and that the flasing around the chimney needed to be recaulked. To my relief, he was not insistent that the work had to be done right away or by his company.

Although they showed up a week after promised, they notified us they were coming did an excellant job, left no mess. The nice thing was they left a note that we needed a repair on the side of the house we wouldn't have noticed for some time. The other outfits have never done that. I'll use them again.

The service was great and work was performed over the weekend since the weather did not cooperate during the week that the work was originally scheduled. I would use this provider again.

They had done an excellent job. I would use them again. I have already recommended them to my mother and she is having them clean her gutters too. They went out of the way, explained everything, I mean if other people clean the gutter they just took out the leave, they dug out the sediment that had come off the actual shingle and it was seven pounds worth it was just bags worth that they dug out and they did an excellent excellent job.

Fine, I would have preferred some recommendations on what repairs needed to be made on my gutters and roof.

There was a delay in my request for an appointment, but they recognized that and scheduled me in earlier. The team was punctual and completed their work quickly. I would use them again.

The provider stated that they would do the job before 6/20/13 however they did not. I called on 6/20 and they stated that they would be there on 6/22. They arrived at the appointed time, performed the service, and talked to my wife about problems noticed and left written notice problem areas observed. After the rains of the last few days I can state that the job was well done.

The service went fine. I didn't pay more than what the deal was for. The price was pretty good.

It is very hard for me to give an assessment when I was not there. The provider charged an extra $50 because I had covers on my gutters. They did call 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were on there way to my house as promised. There was no sign of them being there when I returned home. By that I mean there was no debris or any mess. According to the receipt they hand cleaned all my gutters, I would hire them again. When I called to make the appt the person I spoke to was very pleasant and professional, she had my Amy's receipt on hand.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I didn't pay more than what the Big Deal was for. He provided good service and he was nice.

I think I spent the $99 from Angie’s List and the extra $50 based on the square-footage of our house. So, I think it was like $150. They were very friendly. They did not try to up-sell us on anything. Overall, they did a good job so no issues.

It went well. There was, however, one thing I expected them to do which they required I pay extra for. i.e. caulking under the facial board so there's not a gap between the brick and the board. I'm really not sure why that wouldn't be included in the installation price. Not sure who would want a gap there? And I didn't particularly care for them billing my card automatically after completing the work. I would have preferred confirmation that I wanted to pay with that card. That said, my two gripes may simply be a matter miscommunication. At any rate, they did the work as contracted and left everything neat and clean. The staff I interacted with was professional and courteous.

We bought a coupon for the service (I'm not positive about the price but it was reasonable) and since many were sold, it took a little while to get an appointment. However, they came the week they promised, cleaned the gutters and told us about a problem with one of the gutters. We were pleased and will call them again next fall.

Ordered the Angies list gutter cleaning. Contacted Metro Gutter and made an appointment. They said ",if they could, they would come by earlier then the scheduled date".I did not have to be there for them to do the work. They came out to the house a day earlier. They called me and said they were on their way. Cleaned the gutters, cleaned up and gave us the bill. Excellent job!!

I purchased this service as a Big Deal. When I first called I left a message, which was promptly returned. Everything was explained over the phone, including that services were being scheduled between two and three weeks out. Even with a busy schedule, they got the work done within a week of my initial discussions. I received a call in advance from the person coming out to my house and final invoice with notes from the visit was left at my front door.

We needed our gutters cleaned. One of their managers, Mike, was in my area and willing to come on a Saturday when someone could be there. Very pleasant, taught me a lot about what and where the problem is likely. I appreciated his advice. He came on time. The following week one of his employees came and cleaned the gutters, poured gasoline on a hornets nest in between my neighbors yard and mine. Did the work, pleased with the work, would hire them again. Used a Groupon for new clients that lowered cost to 69 dollars. Thanks!

MetroGutter has made good on their "no show" and offered a free service in the future to make up for not meeting the original appointment. The technician who showed up at the rescheduled appointment did an outstanding job. I would recommend this vendor to others.

Used a "buy-now" promotion. This was a good deal. When I called the office to schedule an appointment, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The work was done sooner than expected (a good thing) and, as I asked, they left the bags of stuff they removed from the gutter to me to see all that had been removed. I would use this company again.

Very professional. They called ahead of time, showed up on time, and cleaned the gutters as advertised. Gutters worked perfectly during subsequent thunderstorms. I also had them come back and give me an estimate on gutter filters (sponge-like things that sit in your gutters to let water in, but keep leaves out). They again called ahead and showed up on time. Estimator was very nice, not at all pushy. The estimate price seemed reasonable to me, but I have not compared it to other vendors so I can't say for sure.

Went very well. I have to say the best part was the customer service calling in to the company. It was a woman who picked up the phone who was polite and knowledgeable. She was able to quote me a price as well as schedule a day all in a matter of 5 - 10 mins. Unlike the other companies I called where you have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back just to get informaiton. The service was good, the employee called me prior to coming out and he went right to work when he got to our house. With all the recent rain, gutter were cleaned well. I have had no problems with them.

Metro Gutter And Home Services Inc was good. Just before the super storm, Sandy hit, we had someone local who our neighbor had used and I think we'll probably go with that local handyman again. It was good to have it done really well that one time but I think I would stick with a local person. They are a good provider. They were responsive and quick so I have no problem with the scheduling. I think they are very professional.

Metro Gutter And Home Services Inc cleaned up after themselves. They bagged the stuff and took it away. I think the work was well worth the money paid.

Very easy to schedule. On the day, called to check if it was alright to arrive a bit earlier, which it was. Performed the job. Other than seeing several plastic bags full of leaves, I have no way of checking how well the gutters were cleaned, but that can't be helped, as we are not going to get on a ladder and inspect.

After several reschedule dates due to weather, they were able to get the gutters cleaned.
