From my vantage point, the gutters are clean and that is what I paid for.

1) I have not heard from them via email or phone to schedule an appointment. 2) I have not contacted them because I already made a purchase and I was promised by Angie list that this company will connect me via Rapid connect service. 3) If I have to follow up on after purchasing an advance service, I would not rather use Angie list service. In fact, this experience teaches me to use my old method of search and contact service provider directly to reduce frustration. 4) Above date is today's date (8/1/13) as I was not given option to opt out date as there was no service provided or I was contacted.

The experience was good. They did what they were supposed to do.

When I called, I couldn't get an appointment for three weeks, but I badly needed my gutters cleaned - they hadn't been cleaned in over two years and we live in the woods. I had little TREES growing in my gutters. Why did I wait? I was unable to find a licensed, INSURED gutter cleaner. Metro Gutter kept the appointment, came right on time, and did an excellent job cleaning my gutters. I was charged more than the usual one-time visit, but was prepared for that. The technician was efficient, polite, and carried a trash bag with him to put the debris in, leaving no mess. I plan on setting up a bi-annual cleaning schedule with them. Very pleased with their service.

Perfect. They arrived when they said and left everything clean.

Contacted them and the dispatcher was very friendly and helpful. Initially quoted a two week wait for an appointment, but then found a cancellation and scheduled estimate for only a few days later. They called to alert me when they were on their way, even though I was not going to be home during the time of the inspection for the estimate, and when I got home a full and detailed estimate was left for me. We contracted with them to do the work and scheduled for two weeks later. Again, we were not home when the work was performed, but found it to be done timely and as agreed in the contract. Workers left the area clean as they found it and with an itemized receipt. No complaints.

Overall, good service, although the price was a little bit higher than the other quotes. I went with Metro because of good reviews. They came in and estimated the work to be done and they sent me pictures of the issues. They came back to do the work, they were delayed, but gave a courtesy call to say that they were running behind. They forgot to fix the siding, but after calling them, they returned the next day and addressed the issue.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. It started off when they said they will come by the week of so they ended up not coming that week from Monday to Friday but they came on that Saturday. They just went up on the roof and did whatever they do, and then left. I didn't even talk to anyone. It was my first time to use them. It took so long to schedule it and they just said they wanted to see a copy of the coupon to prove that I purchased it. They didn't keep to the schedule when they said they were going to come out. The price was comparable.

Metro gutter called prior to arrival as requested and arrived on time. The technicians were professional, efficient, and responded to questions. They properly rolled and put away our hose after use.

Metro Gutter performed the assigned task as expected. Did take several weeks from calling to make appointment to when service performed. However, it was explained that they had a lot of volume due to Angie's List coupon. Please with service and will recommend. Angie's List coupon used but can't remember the cost.

Great job! They were on time and very efficient. The air felt so much better after they were finished. They were very thorough and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

I could not get on the calendar for several weeks, but when they came they did a great job and were very nice and professional.

The gutters are clean now, and I didn't need to climb a ladder. That's all I can ask.

Called up to schedule appointment. Had to wait a couple of weeks as it was busy season and raining a lot. They came when scheduled, called the day of, and other than clean gutter, you could not tell they were they. Very professional.

My experience with Metro Gutter And Home Services Inc turned out excellent. They even tried to show up a couple of days early but they called and we were out so that didn't work out. They did show up on the appointed day and called in advance. I had to be home when he showed up. He let me know when he was here, told me roughly what he would be doing, about going around the house with the ladder and about an hour and half later he was done and he was gone. And just excellent job, everything was clean, no incidents or stuck about with moving very a large around, took all the junk that he collected, put it very neatly into a single bag and left it near our trash deposit. So very pleased overall, efficient and effective, I am quite satisfied with that. He is on my fast call list.

Arrived as scheduled - meaning week stated - but called 1-hour before arrival and was punctual. Took less than 30-min and worker was pleasant. Bagged most of the debris removed from gutters but did not clean up mud and debris from down spout. Left pile of mud in driveway which had a terrible odor and made it difficult to walk in that area. This could have been easily cleaaned up and would have made the experience so much better. I probably will not use them again.

It went exceptionally well. They set a time and showed up at that time. They were very courteous and did everything they were asked to do. I got an evaluation from them on other work that needs done.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out very well. I wasn't there when they did it, but it seems like it was well done.

This was a special I ordered. Originally, could not get in touch with them, once in contact, we were able to schedule. Work done, write up provided, I had no issues. I am not sure that they inspected the drain pipes as they said they would since the gutters were hand cleaned. I was led to expect that they would check all drainage, but not sure if they did...my guess is not since they would of needed water to do it. I would use them again, but I wouldn't expect them to do anything more then hand clean the gutters.

Metro gutter was easy to work with from the beginning. I found the deal on Angies List for a $99 gutter cleaning. It was easy to purchase the deal online and then call up Metro Gutter to schedule the cleaning. Metro was honest from the beginning that the scheduling was being done a few weeks out from the date of booking. Metro Gutter provided me with the approximate week they would be out to clean the gutters but also acknowledged that depending on their schedule it could be earlier. Metro Gutter called the day there were on the way to the house to complete the service. Since the service did not require access to the house we did not have to be present and they left the invoice with recommendations on future services for us at our doorstep.

Arrived as promised. Contacted me before arrival. Completed the job thoroughly. Cleaned up and placed the trash out for pickup.

Leaves were removed quickly and completely, with leaves bagged neatly and left on curb. The only issue is that my gutter covers were not all replaced properly and two of them have since come off.
