Team arrived to clean gutters on time and were not disruptive at all. Additionally, provided a very reasonable quote for aluminum gutter screens. Will probably use them in a few months for the gutter screens. Well done.

Their cleaning team came to the house and did a thorough cleaning, leaving a bag of leaves in the backyard for our disposal. They noted a problem that we were also knew about and left me information to make an appointment with their estimator for further repairs. The only glitch was that they left a hose on which we didn't discover until the next morning. Notwithstanding that hiccup, I was satisfied enough to contact them about doing the repair and am waiting to hear about when they will schedule that work.

I purchased a big deal from them and I called them before buying the deal and told them of the work. They said that the work would cost roughly 175 dollars. I called them on Wednesday after purchasing the deal. They said they would take a look at it on Saturday. They said on Friday they wanted to send an estimater out who said that it would be a minimum of 250 dollars because that is the minimum they charge. They then told me the work would not be done until September the 5th.

Excellent job by Metrogutter. Very professional service and execution of the job. The work was performed by Steve, a very meticulous and careful worker; his workmanship is excellent, and I especially appreciate his attention to detail. This is in contrast to the previous experiences I've had with this type of work by other outfits, for which the workmanship typically is poor (sloppy) and the final product is best characterized as a temporary fix. The job done by Steve and Metrogutter was top notch, and I give them the highest recommendation.

There was a fair backlog that made for a delay between when I requested the service and when they could come out. However, aside from that, they did a fine job cleaning the gutters and their service was very convenient.

I called them to schedule the cleaning and they quickly put me on the schedule. They said I didn't need to be home for the cleaning. The day of the cleaning they called to let me know they were on the way (I was at work so I wasn't there for the actual service). When I got home, I saw the bags of leaves they cleaned out of the gutter near my trash cans so I could see they had done the work. They left a receipt and survey for me to complete. It's hard to say if they did a great job or not, but it seems they did by the number of bags of leaves left behind. I appreciated the great price I paid and how easy it was to get it scheduled and taken care of, unlike so many other home services that require multiple calls to find a time, having to take off of work to be home for the services, etc.

I might have preferred that they didn't climb onto the roof at one side and walk over the roof to all gutters that needed cleaning. We have always placed the ladder at the gutter moving it as needed, never climbing onto the roof. But, I imagine this is safer for the workers.

The work was good, but scheduling not so good. After purchasing the Big Deal the end of June, I contacted Metro to set up an appointment and was told I had to wait until the week of July 22nd for them to come out. I assume they were backed up because of the promotion. Since I already paid for the coupon, it didn't seem reasonable to look for someone else. I expected to pay a surcharge based on sq ft of the house, but was surprised by an additional $25 because mesh screens are on the gutters. At this point, the cost is close to what I was paying without the "Big Deal" coupon. Finally, the week of the 22nd comes, and I received a call to tell me they would be out the following week. On the positive side, I can say that they did a decent job clearing the clogged gutters, and whatever mess existed appeared to be cleaned up Since the work appeared to be good, I may try them again. Hopefully, the scheduling process will go smoother.

I used an Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. The company seems very busy, probably because of the Angie's List deal, so could not give me an actual day. The office said they would be at my house sometime during the week of July 28th, but that no one needed to be home. They arrived on the final business day of the week, but did call ahead to let me know they were on their way. They were prompt and professional upon arrival, cleaned the gutters, and let me know about some problems with my gutters (I just bought the house and assumed there were some gutter problems). They offered to provide a free estimate to replace the gutters, and I plan to get the estimate.

I purchased a Big Deal Coupon. They were good. They did when they said they were going to do and did a good job. I am very happy with them.

I purchased a Big Deal to have our new home's gutters cleaned. The scheduling was done arbitrarily in that I was assigned a week (August 5th) that they would come to clean the gutters. I was told they would contact us to let us know when they were coming in advance. My husband received a call that they had already been to the house and performed the work. We were charged an additional fee to remove the screens on our gutters and replace. That was agreed upon in advance. The provider left an invoice that detailed the work performed and some necessary repairs to our roof. That was very helpful! They did a good job (from what we can see). We will use them again.

Arrived 10 minutes after start of 2 hour window given. Only took about 15 minutes to complete job. Didn't give me any unnecessary suggestions of work needing to be done (only recommended gutter filters); NO pressure. Prepaid with credit card which might not always be a good thing but they took the information so I didn't need to be home. Was actually nice not to have to worry about payment. Will use again and highly recommend.

They came on time and did what they were supposed to do. Our gutters are clean. They did a good job.

I was not at the work site however my associate said the work went well. It was accomplished in a timely fashion and in accordance with industry standards.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went fine. They had a very fast response and we had no problems. They came out within a week after I purchased the Big Deal. They let me know about some gutter issues and I actually decided to go with a different person to repair the gutters. They did a good job, but when they did the inspection they told me my entire fascia board needed to be replaced. When I had a second company come out to give me a second opinion they told me that was not the case so we kind of went through some different things. They really did not take a lot of pictures or anything like that, but the second guy came out, took a bunch of pictures and did a much better job of explaining to me what needed to be done. They kind of mislead me on what needed to be replaced.

They were quite responsive and were able to come and do the cleaning even when I wasn't home. They did an excellent job cleaning the debris and I could see residual dirt at the bottom of the downspout. I would certainly use them again!

I purchased a deal from Living Social to have the gutters cleaned after we moved into our home and realized it hadn't been done in a while. It took a few calls to get the appointment set up, but the people I spoke with were polite. They scheduled the service for "the week of 8/5" to account for the weather and so they could group nearby appointments together. On the morning of the service, they called to say they were on their way. No one was home when they did the service (it was nice to not have to take off work to be there). They left the completed invoice in the door. There was no debris left sitting around. Though I haven't been on the roof to verify they did the work, I have no reason to think they didn't and everything seemed to be draining properly after last night's rain. Not knowing what the regular price is, I'm not sure I'd go back without another voucher, but the service was satisfactory and pleasant.

I used the coupon deal -- it was easy to make an appointment. They showed up promptly and cleaned the gutters. Professional and reliable.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. I spent an additional $50. They did a good job. It was done in a timely manner. The price was a little bit high for one gutter. It took a little while for them to come. They came out and started the job and quit. They had to go pick something up and then they came back again.

Left the house with the work partially completed. Returned the next day to complete the work.

Took a long time to schedule, first guy left a receipt on my door and left without doing anything (security camera footage). I got a hold of the owner who came out and completed the job.

They did a good job, they missed a couple of gutters that were very high up, and thank goodness, I found out about it, only because I had other workmen coming in, so I was little upset, but they were very good about coming back, once I notified them. They send someone out almost immediately, and rectified the situation and did a very good job. I would definitely use them again, but I used someone else this year to clean the gutters and they missed those too. Their pricing was good, it was the same as everybody else.
