It went very well. They did a very good job. They were very careful especially about not creating any dust or soot. They spread cloth around places which was good.

Job went well. I have covered gutters, and the covers were removed and gutters cleaned for what I considered a good price.

This firm responded to my compliant about poor service on my initial cleaning this past January. The owner called me and offered to clean the gutters again after this fall to make it right. The crew came back today and did a great job on cleaning all the gutters and downspouts. They cleaned up all leaves and dirt from the gutters, and left zero trace they were here. The firm and crew did a great job the second time around. I commend the owner for taking the time to show the service his firm can provide.

They called to let me know they were on the way on the day of the appointment. They arrived promptly. They cleaned the gutters and left no debris behind. Scheduled an appt for an estimate. They were supposed to come between 11 and 1. I stayed home all day. They never showed and never called. 8/27/13 - I am updating this review from F to C. Following the initial review, we received a call from the owner with an apology. He also offered to come out himself and offered us a discount. We declined because we had already moved on to another Angie's List contractor. However I appreciated the call very much.

I called the company first to make sure they serviced our area and they were very pleasant and helpful when I explained why I was calling. They workers were professional and prompt in performing the work. I had the option of making an appointment for the work to be done (which would have been two weeks out from my phone call) or the scheduler told me they could come out the following week when they were in the area - she wasn't sure what day that would be. I opted for the following week when they were in the the area. I asked that they not come on a Monday and to please call between 7:30 and 8:30 the day they planned to arrive as we have dogs. They honored both requests and called on Thurs. morning at 7:32 to let us know they would be there that day. The work was professional and we are happy with the results.

Since I was at work I requested that the workers take pictures of my gutters to ensure the work was completed. They also made some recommendations regarding my gutters. They did a great job from what I could see. They bagged the debri and placed in the front yard so all I had to do was placed the bag for pick up in my community.

They did a great job. They showed up at the time that they said they would and they did not leave any evidence, other than the bags, that they were even here. Their price was comparable.

I am very pleased with Metro Gutter and Home Services. The service person made a thorough inspection and recommended repairs of the front gutter rather than replacement. He explained all that had to be done clearly and also took the opportunity to disassemble the drainage gutter pipe immediately unclogging it. A colleague followed up the next week and quickly did all the needed work. He took the time to show me exactly what he was doing. The result was great. Now the front gutter does not separate from the roof during downpours, the drainage is excellent. Metro also did a good job pressure washing the front of the house. I was impressed that they never suggested doing anything more that I thought necessary. Also just before they left, I asked a question about a roof shingle. Without hesitation, the service person unloaded his ladder from the top of the van, put it up against the house and checked out the roof. It turned out to be nothing to be concerned about. I was really impressed at the service. I would use Metro again without hesitation.

They turned out to be OK. I was charged an extra $50 because they had to clean the guards in my gutters as well. They came out about just before the 4th of July.

It was excellent. They did a great job. They gave us a lot of information. We have had other people that have not done a good job previously, but these guys did an excellent job. They cleaned the leaves off the gutters and found a few other things too. My husband handled that and he was very pleased with the job. We were impressed with them.

They did a great job, but it took them several weeks to show up. They were in and out in about 15 minutes. They were fast and they did a good job. There were no additional costs. They did an inspection and they said everything was fine. The main thing is they didn't leave any mess. In years past when I had the gutters cleaned, they had blowers and they just blow the crap all over the place. These guys cleaned by hand and filled bags. The price was very reasonable. The time from when I purchased the service to when they got it done was fair. I understand that people get backed up. When they finally called and said they were going to show up, they showed up exactly when they said they were going to. They were very professional.

They were finished by the time I got home so I only saw them for a couple of minutes. But, the gutter cleaning was fine. We have gutter screens and they charged extra to take them off and clean under them and put them back on. They came actually early, I had hope to meet them there since it was our first time doing that sort of thing. It's hard to say somebody is not punctual when they're early but they didn't come exactly when they said they would.

It went very well. Contractor called ahead of time as the coupon said. Came out when they said they would be there. Called to tell me in advance that it would cost 50. more than my coupon because they had to cut my wire gutter covers to clean the gutter. They did a great job! Bagged the stuff from the gutters and left it where I asked them to leave it. I was very impressed with their work and they left NO MESS! :)

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was good. I was a little disappointed because they were a week and half late. Normally if I schedule something, if they are not able to come when they say, I would at least like a call. There were additional charges. This was the first time that I used them. I thought they would actually clean my gutters, but the exterior still had dirt on it, so I may have to go up there and wash them. The price was fine for what I was expecting.
