Work was easy to schedule. The crew appeared at the scheduled time. They performed their work well. They gave us an update on the state of our gutters and made some suggestions for repair. Overall a good experience.

I wish I could say it went well but the provider has never called me.

Kent offered to come out and do a complementary cleaning of our gutters. I really appreciate him taking the time to remedy the situation.

We had recently moved into our townhouse and decided that the gutters needed to be cleaned. We used the Big Deal from Angie's list to find this provider and quickly had the crew out to clean the gutters. They were on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.

The fact that they did not use water really surprised me! I had more questions for this provider than statements!

Contacted them based on reviews I'd read here on Angie's list and also a coupon for services. They were a bit backlogged, but came out when they said they would, in the time period they gave me. I came home and was surprised to see all the debris was collected up neatly and placed in a garbage bag for disposal. I'd never seen this before, so was pleasantly surprised.

They gave us a window of dates they would be at house and followed up with an invoice. We did not have to be home. It could not have been any easier!

Purchased Big Deal. Scheduling was fast and easy. Workers came on time, cleaned thoroughly, and left no trace of debris. I would definitely use again, even at their regular price.

Called ahead to say they would be coming by shortly. I like the fact that I don't have to be home to allow the work to be completed.

The company called me about 20 minutes before they came by, as they said they would. Two workers arrived on time. They cleaned the gutters and then let me know when they were finished. The work was completed as promised, they bagged the debris, and they left the area clean when they were finished.

The job itself went smoothly and seamlessly. The only problem was that we called after suffering some storm damage, and they couldn't schedule the work for two weeks. This was not apparent online when we booked and paid; I was told this upon calling to actually schedule the service. I know that summer storms bring busy schedules to gutter cleaners, but I wish I had not been so far into the purchase process before learning that they really couldn't help me for some time.

Service performed when I was not at home. I knew the schedule in advance, and an invoice was placed at my door. Can't say for certain how well they did, since I cannot see the gutters, but the service was professional.

I was glad that my clogged gutter was fixed. However, I was not happy that they only spent less than 10 minutes here.

I agree with the previous review regarding the customer service lady on the phone. She often interrupts you while you are trying to answer her question. Poor quality customer service. I signed up for the Gutter cleaning and inspection coupon. Not sure if they did much because it took about 15 minutes to do the job. There were no signs of collection of any leaves, etc.. Someone else was at home at the time so I didn't get to talk to the technician. I called back and try to get in contact to see if there were anything that showed up during the inspection. The customer service lady "took my message". I doubt she did anything to relay the message. Waste of money going with them. This sort of establishment decreases my confidence in using Angies List for future consideration of companies. Update: The owner called and offered to inspect the work himself. It is good to see that the owner does care about customer service and I have updated the rating accordingly.

The job seemed very rushed and somewhat incomplete.

Terrible. They were late to schedule and damaged my roof by bending four shingles on the front roof. When I asked them to come back and fix it, they refused citing the gutter screen (which mother installed) was in the way. I ended up hiring a roofer who repaired the damage in a few minutes -- who also told me it was plain laziness and sloppy work that caused the damage in the first place. Will never use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did great. They came when they said they were gonna come and they did the work. They came out within a couple of weeks after I bought the coupon. It was raining so they couldn’t come out for a couple of weeks. I found the bag where they put whatever they took put of the gutters and left it for my trash. The gutters all appear to be clean and working correctly now. We don’t see the issues that got me to call them out in the first place. We believe they did a good job. It was a fine deal for me.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. It went well, but they were kind of overwhelmed with the response to their offer so the scheduling was a little further out than what I would have liked. When we agreed on the date and the time they did come out to do the work on that date. I was happy with the work they did. They were not able to get me in for about three weeks. They charged me an additional fee of $50 because the house was bigger than the Big Deal allowed. They cleaned up all the leaves and debris left on the ground after they finished. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I think it was a good value.

We used a coupon offer for the service through Angies. They appeared to have a busy business because it could not be done for 3 weeks or so. But they gave us an approximate date. Since it was all paid for no one needed to be there. They called us ahead of time to notify us they were coming. Our house is small so they were done in less then 30 mins. Our gutters are only a few years old. I didn't climb up a ladder to visualize. But a few days later during a big thunderstorm Looking out the living room window there was no longer storm water pouring down in front of the window. Same for the back of the house as well. We were pleased with their service and would use them again.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It was good. They did a great job. They are easy to schedule with. I didn’t climb up on the roof to really look at the gutters, but our problems seemed to be solved, so it seemed to work. They are fast and quick. I would definitely use them again in the future.
