No complaints and I plan on calling them again for future service.

First, I want to emphasize that my negative impression of this Company only refers to their "estimator" as discussed in the final paragraph. Our Installer did excellent work....cleaned up after himself...and was a true gentlemen. When the estimator came out the first time (siding & gutter repair), he not only attempted to "upsell" (he said that we had 3 ventillation collars that were worn and needed replacement - $500...and then showed my wife a picture he had taken with his phone....which showed his thumb......he then showed her pictures from his phone from another customer to illustrate why ours needed replacement) - we did not authorize this work. When the installer came out (who did a great job), I told him that we were next going to have our deck washed & re-stained. He said that while he would likely do the work, the estimator would have to return to prepare an estimate. Well, the estimator did return....and provide an estimate for powerwashing and staining (just under $5,000....$1,995 for the power wash....and $2,995 for the stain)) based on a square footage of 1,916. (ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTEEN) Our deck is approximately 12 X 32 (384 square feet). We subsequently had another provider do the deck washing for $270. Common sense tells me that the estimator works on commission....and that his superiors know well what he does either by their direction or endorsement.

They had all their required paperwork. The service was quick and efficient and I was notified before they left that the job was complete.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out very good. I had no problems with them. They told me that what the new owners needed to do was to put in a whole new gutter thing, but they cleaned the gutters. They were very nice. They were on time. They were prompt. They were punctual. They called in advance. They did the work. They explained to me about the roof gutters and that was to me wonderful. They gave me good service and that to me is the most important thing. Their price was excellent.

When we called they could not service us for a month and the woman who answered the pone gave us a problem because we had used them once before. I would give C for this experience. The serviceman who came out was wonderful and shared information on some gutter issues and took pictures for us.

It worked out well. They did what I asked for, which is to clean. I would use them again in the future.

I had purchased a gutter clean through the big deal, but it had lapsed. After contacting the company they agreed to honor the big deal, provided a convenient time, notified me of the crews arrival and then cleaned and inspected the gutters to my complete satisfaction.

The workers that showed up were very professional - they cleaned up after themselves and left no mess from the gutter cleaning. They also adhered to most of the requests made which was to remove all of the aluminum gutter screening. They left a section un removed. It also took weeks for the Metro Gutter team to show up and it seemed that they "lost" the reservation for cleaning that I had sent through Angie's List - I had to call them to remind them that I had ordered a gutter cleaning - odd because we were already a customer.

Provider responded in a timely manner. However, did not leave behind removed debris as they had said they would do.

The technicians from Metro Gutter an Home Services were fine. They cleaned the gutters and removed some blockages, and replaced some of the screens that had blown off.

I purchased the big deal for gutter cleaning - they arrived on time and performed well - they bagged all debris and left at the curb. Very reasonable price and good service. However, I also asked them to look at the roof for some repair work. They sent someone out to take a look and they confirmed that I needed a new roof. I was told that they would send me an estimate for the job but I never heard back from them.

We have used Metro Gutter a couple times now and will continue to use them. It is very easy to schedule a visit and they are very responsive. They arrive at the given times and appear to do a good job. I say appear because we have some gutters in difficult to reach places, which they reach with no problems.

The crew arrived on time. They were polite and courteous and went right to work. They were careful not to damage the gutters or downspouts with their equipment. They also checked the gutters to be sure they were not loose. They finished quickly and provided me with a report. Very professional.

Metro's people were on time and worked quickly. The technicians bagged all the debris from the gutters and left the area better than they found it. Proof of the good cleaning was that my gutters now don't spill water over the edges when it rains hard. Metro had a special deal and efficiently provided a receipt for prepayment of the work and honored the original estimate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again myself.

Prior to having my gutters cleaned, I noticed that everytime it rained there were loud noises coming from the front of my home. This was due to the rain splattering on my sidewalks and front door, other than going smoothly down the gutter. I kept putting off the much needed home maintenance, however purchased the BIG DEAL. This company was honest and very responsive. I was told that the only problem was that the gutters needed to be secured better to my home; they did not try to sell me anything that was unnecessary and this was a relief for a single homeowner. However, I the did not leave an estimate regarding how much this would cost, but I will surely contact them.
