Working with Metro Gutters was a very good experience. We were pleased with all communication and the service provided. The emails were very timely and professional. The team that cleaned our gutters came on the day and during the time window given to us. They called approximately one half hour prior to their arrival. They cleaned all of our gutters and flushed our downspouts. All debris from cleaning was removed. We would definitely use Metro Gutters again.

While it took a while to get them scheduled for the service because of their workload, once scheduled, they arrived on time, were quick with the work, and very professional.

It was a bit of a mess. When they finally did the job, they did do a good job. But they actually ended up not even charging me. They did the service for free. I still had the coupon and they said I can use it the next time. It took them pretty much a month. They must have canceled four or five times, which was obviously a bit of a pain when you have to take time off to wait for somebody. I think it is a typical Angies List story where companies got very good reviews and they are just completely overwhelmed. We have a fairly big size house, so it was probably a half day job for them. It took four hours to clean the gutters. They didn't charge me anything because they canceled so many times. The only thing that cost me actually was the $100 coupon that I bought. It was very frustrating, because at one point they said they were here and there was just no communication. And so many times they promised they will be there in an hour. Finally I got to talk to someone that realized they really screwed up. I think when he got hold of what was happening he made sure they honored the contract. At some point I even thought I won't bother talking to them again and then somebody contacted me and said they will be there the next day guaranteed. The price was fair. They are competitive.

I bought an Angie's List deal for $99 gutter cleaning. It was really easy to schedule a time slot, they arrived very promptly (right at 8 am for the 8-10 am slot they gave us). They cleaned the gutters really quickly and offered to install screens for an extra $50, which we decided to do. I would use them again and was happy to pay $100 to save my husband from climbing up a crazy ladder!

They came out while we weren't home and cleaned the gutters. They came when they said they would and they disposed of the waste themselves. We were very pleased with them.

It was very fast and they came on time. Price was exactly as quoted for the estimate.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went very well. They showed up within a reasonable amount of time. I did not interact with them other than on the phone.

Left small bag of leaves, but I didn't see a report on what they found. When I called to ask about it they followed up nicely. Maria called to let me know that they had unclogged one gutter pipe.

Went great. I wasn't even home, but the gentleman did an awesome job as if I was there without vutting corners. Very trustworthy

A member of the Metro Gutter staff came out to inspect the job and provide a quote for the services. Working with the gutter helmets would be much more complicated than the usual gutter cleaning. On the scheduled day, the crew was running a couple of hours behind, but when they arrived they did a thorough and careful job, which took over two hours.

We needed our front gutters replaced. I contacted Metro Gutters by e-mail and received a prompt response. I arranged to receive a quote. The contractor arrived when scheduled and promptly wrote up their quote. We had received other quotes and decided to go with Metro Gutter. They completed the job about two weeks later. We are very satisfied with their work. I would recommend their company to my neighbors and friends.

It was fine. I have no complaints. They didn’t find very much in the gutters in what they did. I didn’t actually see them do the service but they seemed professional and were right on time. They came out a couple of weeks after I purchased the deal. It was quite a wait to get an appointment so I waited a couple of weeks.

Before buying the deal, I contacted them to ensure that they could do the gutters of my townhouse. Maria was extremely helpful, and even sent someone out to check for me. After confirming that they could, I bought the deal and in no time, they were out here cleaning them out. The best thing is that they even left a recommendation for replacing the gutter filter (no idea that even existed). The other thing that was great was that they were able to clean the gutters without me having to be home, which was great. I asked if I needed to print the deal out, and she said they already had it in their systems. I've done deals with other companies, and they all asked for the coupons. It was great to not have to do that. They left me a receipt and everything. Definitely will use them again.

Rob and Andrew were fast and efficient. They arrived and immediately went to work performing the job. Rob assured me that my gutters were in good shape and in working order. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. I would most definitely hire Metro Gutter in the future if and when the need arise. Triple A quality service technicians and work performance. Couldn't ask for better.

Metro contacted me directly after I purchased their buy it now special. Scheduling was quick and easy with no pressure to take extra services. The work was was done perfectly with nothing left on my property. I plan on using their serivce on an ongoing basis.

Gutters were blown out with a leaf blower. Gutter covers were not removed so that build up of mud/shingle debris could be removed. Paid extra to have the covers removed and entire gutter cleaned out but it didn't happen.A little disappointed.

It went really well. They were very timely and quick. They gave a lot of information on things that we can do to keep the gutters clear. They were educative and very friendly. It took them a couple of weeks to schedule the appointment because of conflict on the calendar but they were able to get me in a few weeks.

Provider called this morning to confirm that they would be out this afternoon between 12 and 1pm. I informed them that I would not be home. When I arrived home at 3pm, there was no evidence that they had been there, so I called and spoke to Maria, who said they were still scheduled to come but she would call the technicians to confirm and call me back. Maria never called me back, but two technicians arrived shortly before 4pm. I live in a town home, so the roofline isn't very long. Cleaning the debris from the gutters in the front and back with a leaf blower took less than 10 minutes, including blowing off the debris from the front step and walkway (they did not clean the mess made on the back deck). I don't have a problem with the quality of the service, and since I don't have a ladder long enough to reach my roof, or a place to store such a ladder, I'm resigned to having to pay for this kind of service. However, I used the $99 special purchased from AL, and would never have paid full price, $199, for a job that took 10 minutes. In the future, I'll look for a handyman or a company that charges based on the time/size of the house.

I used a coupon from Angie's list and I called Metro Gutter Home Services to schedule a gutter cleaning. I spoke with Patricia who was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and we set up an appointment for the gutter cleaning. As this was my first experience with gutter cleaning, I called the office on two additional occasions with a few more questions and each time I called Patricia was very helpful and patient. The technicians, Emmanuel and Enzo, arrived on time and were friendly and very experienced. There were a few places where the gutters were blocked and they took care of everything. I wanted to wait until it rained before I left a review to make sure there were no problems with the gutters overflowing. Everything is fine and the cleaning took care of the issues. Emmanuel and Enzo did an excellent job. I highly recommend Metro Gutter Home Services and would definitely use them in the future.

Metro Gutter and Home Services did a fantastic job cleaning and inspecting my gutters. They called on their way and were thorough in their work. Had some branches on the roof of my screened in porch and they cleaned those right up too. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and I think it worked out great. It was actually at a home that I was renting last year and so I didn’t see the work done afterwards, but my understanding is that it was all completed to satisfaction. It was very easy and they took care of everything, and I didn’t have to even meet them at the house. They were able to do it all without me being there. Their price was good and there were no problems with that at all. I wasn’t there when they did it and so I cannot really speak about their punctuality.

They were very nice and pleasant. They started work immediately, and worked quickly and diligently. There was some debris on the sidewalk to front door (mostly a light dusting of the "roof" material that loosens when wet). I swept it up and all was good.

Service men arrived on time and completed work in a timely manner with outstanding satisfaction. Would definitely use them again if needed.
