They did everything promptly and well. It was comforting to know that everything with the gutters were fine. They were prompt, courteous, and did the job quickly and left. They were good communicators.

No complaints! I purchased the gutter cleaning coupon from Angie's List and called to set up an appt. The staff was courteous and scheduled me for the next week (they couldn't give me an exact time, just a week/ timeframe, but said it wasn't necessary for me to be home). Monday morning they called when they were on their way, performed the service, and left the invoice at the door. Gutters looked clean to me, and I didn't notice any of the clean-out on the ground. No complaints; I'd use the service again!

The services was as explained in the deal I purchased. The provider was quick to schedule and I had my gutters cleaned within 2 weeks. I would use the this provider again in the future.

The provider showed up on time, assessed my roof and gutters, then proceeded to clean my gutters and removed muck and leaves. They also cleaned up after themselves. Two workers arrived and they were in and out in great time. I was pleased, and I would use them again.

For the most part okay. The gutter at the rear of the house had a few small branches sticking out of it when I left the house in the morning, and they were still there when I returned home in the evening, after the cleaning was completed. So I have to wonder how thorough the cleaning was? My spouse was home at the time, and stated that the two persons doing the cleaning were at the house about 20 minutes start to finish. There are a total of four gutters - 2 at the front of the house, 1 on the right side of the house, and 1 running across the back of the house. Three of the gutters are two stories from the ground. Unfortunately, I can not attest to the before and after state, since I did not climb up on the roof to check.

2 employees showed up on time and promptly went to work, removing years of leaves (and even a few trees that were growing in my gutters). While English was neither employees primary language, they were courteous and professional. THey also inspected my gutters and roof, found a few things that need minor repairs, and left me with an estimate - I appreciated that they didn't pressure me to fix the issues then and there. They even helped me lift a new toilet from my car to the house. I would use this company again.

Metro Gutter and Home Services says you do not have to be home for them to do the job. Nonetheless, I wanted to be there so I could pose a few gutter-related questions. Initially the clerk at Metro Home told me the first scheduled appointment I could get was in mid-December. When I expressed both my surprise and disappointment with that, she asked me to hang on for a moment and came back a minute later to tell me the owner himself could come out to do the job the following Monday. I was definitely pleased by the responsiveness. Eric Baake, the owner, came out at the scheduled time and with a brand-new hire to whom he explained the mechanics of safely setting up and ascending the tall ladders used and the other mechanics of cleaning gutters. The two men then went up onto the roof to do the job. Much to my surprise ? and perhaps theirs ? they found the gutters (and the downspouts, which they tested) to be perfectly clean. I half-kicked myself for spending $99 for nothing, though I suppose I could view the expenditure as the cost of setting my mind at ease. I asked Eric to take a look at one particular area of the roof about which I was concerned, and he came back with photos taken with his cell phone that showed me I did indeed have reason to be concerned. He offered to provide me with an almost immediate quote for the repair work, which I accepted about 24 hours later so I could take advantage of a special ?October? discount. Eric was very good and professional, and the office staff were friendly and helpful. I trust the next job will go well,

Working with Metro Gutters was a very good experience. We were pleased with all communication and the service provided. The emails were very timely and professional. The team that cleaned our gutters came on the day and during the time window given to us. They called approximately one half hour prior to their arrival. They cleaned all of our gutters and flushed our downspouts. All debris from cleaning was removed. We would definitely use Metro Gutters again.

While it took a while to get them scheduled for the service because of their workload, once scheduled, they arrived on time, were quick with the work, and very professional.

I bought an Angie's List deal for $99 gutter cleaning. It was really easy to schedule a time slot, they arrived very promptly (right at 8 am for the 8-10 am slot they gave us). They cleaned the gutters really quickly and offered to install screens for an extra $50, which we decided to do. I would use them again and was happy to pay $100 to save my husband from climbing up a crazy ladder!

It was a bit of a mess. When they finally did the job, they did do a good job. But they actually ended up not even charging me. They did the service for free. I still had the coupon and they said I can use it the next time. It took them pretty much a month. They must have canceled four or five times, which was obviously a bit of a pain when you have to take time off to wait for somebody. I think it is a typical Angies List story where companies got very good reviews and they are just completely overwhelmed. We have a fairly big size house, so it was probably a half day job for them. It took four hours to clean the gutters. They didn't charge me anything because they canceled so many times. The only thing that cost me actually was the $100 coupon that I bought. It was very frustrating, because at one point they said they were here and there was just no communication. And so many times they promised they will be there in an hour. Finally I got to talk to someone that realized they really screwed up. I think when he got hold of what was happening he made sure they honored the contract. At some point I even thought I won't bother talking to them again and then somebody contacted me and said they will be there the next day guaranteed. The price was fair. They are competitive.

They came out while we weren't home and cleaned the gutters. They came when they said they would and they disposed of the waste themselves. We were very pleased with them.

It was very fast and they came on time. Price was exactly as quoted for the estimate.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went very well. They showed up within a reasonable amount of time. I did not interact with them other than on the phone.

Left small bag of leaves, but I didn't see a report on what they found. When I called to ask about it they followed up nicely. Maria called to let me know that they had unclogged one gutter pipe.

Went great. I wasn't even home, but the gentleman did an awesome job as if I was there without vutting corners. Very trustworthy

A member of the Metro Gutter staff came out to inspect the job and provide a quote for the services. Working with the gutter helmets would be much more complicated than the usual gutter cleaning. On the scheduled day, the crew was running a couple of hours behind, but when they arrived they did a thorough and careful job, which took over two hours.

We needed our front gutters replaced. I contacted Metro Gutters by e-mail and received a prompt response. I arranged to receive a quote. The contractor arrived when scheduled and promptly wrote up their quote. We had received other quotes and decided to go with Metro Gutter. They completed the job about two weeks later. We are very satisfied with their work. I would recommend their company to my neighbors and friends.

It was fine. I have no complaints. They didn’t find very much in the gutters in what they did. I didn’t actually see them do the service but they seemed professional and were right on time. They came out a couple of weeks after I purchased the deal. It was quite a wait to get an appointment so I waited a couple of weeks.

Before buying the deal, I contacted them to ensure that they could do the gutters of my townhouse. Maria was extremely helpful, and even sent someone out to check for me. After confirming that they could, I bought the deal and in no time, they were out here cleaning them out. The best thing is that they even left a recommendation for replacing the gutter filter (no idea that even existed). The other thing that was great was that they were able to clean the gutters without me having to be home, which was great. I asked if I needed to print the deal out, and she said they already had it in their systems. I've done deals with other companies, and they all asked for the coupons. It was great to not have to do that. They left me a receipt and everything. Definitely will use them again.

Rob and Andrew were fast and efficient. They arrived and immediately went to work performing the job. Rob assured me that my gutters were in good shape and in working order. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. I would most definitely hire Metro Gutter in the future if and when the need arise. Triple A quality service technicians and work performance. Couldn't ask for better.

Metro contacted me directly after I purchased their buy it now special. Scheduling was quick and easy with no pressure to take extra services. The work was was done perfectly with nothing left on my property. I plan on using their serivce on an ongoing basis.

Gutters were blown out with a leaf blower. Gutter covers were not removed so that build up of mud/shingle debris could be removed. Paid extra to have the covers removed and entire gutter cleaned out but it didn't happen.A little disappointed.
