The technician was professional and courteous. He arrived on time for the appointment. When we scheduled the appointment he was able to come out with2 days of me calling. He did not pressure me for further services, which I appreciated.

The provider effectively cleaned all the gutters around the house, except for garage gutters. I wish I mentioned that when I initially met them. But, this was a Big Deal offer so I wasn't sure.

They came out a couple of days after I called. The service was good and I was pleased with the results. I did ask them for an estimate for another project but they waited too long. I hired someone else for that work.

We felt they were very timely and thorough. Pricing was fine with them. They were very customer service oriented and very easy to contact and schedule.

That turned out well. They were good to work with. We need some additional work and so we ended up paying them more money but they worked with us very nicely as far as coming and estimating, showing up when they said they would and being helpful and making suggestions so I was very pleased with them. I can't think of anything negative and everything worked well. I would say there was nothing that was dramatically wonderful but it worked the way it should work and that's better than you get sometimes.

They turned out fine. I spent a lot more the the big deal purchase. They were very prompt.

I rescheduled several times and the office staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I wasn't home when the service was performed, however, the gutters were clean and all debris was cleaned and taken to the curb.

good experience. There was an uplift from the deal price since I have screens on my gutters but that was disclosed in the deal description and explained by the provider when they contacted me. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the work was done well. I would use them again in the future for gutter cleaning.

Cleaned out gutters. They knocked on the door upon arrival and again when they finished. They recommended calling to schedule an estimate for renailing some of the gutters. I called to schedule this and left a message, but after two days I have not heard back from them. This is the only negative.

When I signed up for the deal I was asked to give three dates for gutter cleaning. I gave the three dates that were convenient to me. The service was not performed on any of those three dates.

I purchased a deal on Angie's List for cleaning the gutters for only $99. They contacted me immediately after my purchase and said that the date I wanted was no problem. I did not need to be home for them to do the work. They came and cleaned my gutters while I was at work and all the trash from the gutters were in two bags for me when I got home. I just had to put the bags in my trash bin for the trash pickup. I was very please with every aspect of the service. I will be having them do my gutter cleaning in the future.

Perfect! Ours is a 5,000 sqft house, so a price of $175 to clean all the gutters & downspouts was excellent. Normally it might take 4-6 weeks to schedule a service when you purchase Angie's List Big Deal, but this was scheduled within 2 weeks. great service!

Provided fit me into the schedule promptly, called prior to arriving, and performed the work as agreed. $99 is more than some of the "local" providers charge when leaving slips on the door (i.e., I will be in your neighborhood tomorrow...). But, I am more pleased with the job performed.

Nothing Never called back Despite two attempts to reach them! I have yet to hear from them to clean my gutters. Do not get all of the great reviews..

The representatives cleaned all the gutters on our house and even ensured that all the nails were in place to hold up the gutters. We have used this company before and were happy with their service then. I highly recommend Metro Gutter.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. The gutter cleaning was okay but they left a huge mess because they said their blowers were broken so there was debris everywhere. They blew out the gutters in the back and it covered our compressor and dry wet area. I was not going to clean it up so I called and complained and the owner came out and he took care it, he said he is going to give a free gutter cleaning. His guys came and asked for a broom and they said the blower is broken but they didn’t get a functioning blower and this is just a feedback. It would have been a great experience if they had cleaned up because they did take care of the gutters. They did an okay job. The owner did the right thing and he went above and beyond by giving the free gutter cleaning and I am pleased with his resolution.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine. They did a very good job. They came here, they did the job, they were very professional, and they cleaned up after themselves. The nice thing was that they did exactly what the big deal said. They were very good.

They called me to schedule for service. The clerk is polite and pleasant, but they can't give me a specific date I like. They can only tell me some day in the week for the service.

Once I contacted Metro Gutter they quickly got me on the schedule and actually was able to complete the job sooner than originally scheduled. Gutters and downspouts were cleaned well, however, clean up was not very good. Lots of debris was left on the ground. Debris was to be bagged but instead was blown out of the gutters and left on the ground.

Cleared out gutters and downspouts. Inspected roof. Recommended gutter screens. I purchased this as a Big Deal back in June. Unfortunately, I failed to first find out their availability, and they were booking six weeks out. That didn't work for me because I had just experienced water in my basement due to torrential rains and I needed to eliminate clogged gutters as a possible cause right away. When I explained that to their representative, she very kindly agreed to book me for a service call in the Fall, notwithstanding the time limitations recited in the Big Deal. My only (minor) complaint is that they did not bag the debris from the gutters. Otherwise everything was fine.
