Description of Work: Planned and installed wiring for 2 ponds (pumps and lighting) and low voltage wiring for outdoor lighting. Joe Cullen was right on time when he came to do the estimate, and he explained in detail what he recommended we do. They were very accommodating with scheduling the install, came exactly on time, and did a great job - you couldn't even tell they had been there. Everything works perfectly. Kari Cullen runs the office and is wonderful at communicating and letting the client know what to expect and when. She was always gracious when I had to change the schedule a couple of times!

Description of Work: replaced obsolete and/or defective electrical outlets

Description of Work: After discovering several FEET of standing water in our crawl space, we hired a company to clean out the area, install vapor lock, French drain and 2 sump pumps, but they would not do electrical. Joe came out to give us an estimate to run electricity to the pumps, as well as to look at some other problems we wanted addressed. He was very thorough, gave us an honest assessment of our electrical system and returned an estimate slightly higher than the other company we had previously consulted. However, we went with Joe because the cost difference was really only a few % higher, and he obviously cares about what he does more than just simply doing a job, getting out, and moving on to the next guy. Joe pointed out several things that needed to be addressed, and identified their degree of priority. He spent a great deal of (unpaid) time talking with my wife about lighting options for our den and living room, knowing in advance that this was not something we had in our budget to attnend to at the time. He told me that one request I had would be very labor intensive (read = $$$) and politely suggested that I try to find a better and cheaper alternative which would give me most but not all of what I wanted, whereas many companies would gladly have billed me out the whazoo without bothering to offer cheaper options. He noticed that the electrical box for our in-law addition had never been grounded!!!! and told us that this needed to be fixed IMMEDIATELY (of course I agreed). The other company we had requested a quote from (Becker) never noticed this HUGE potential danger. I could not give Joe Cullen a high enough recommendation, his rates may be slightly higher than some others, but as a small business owner myself who takes pride in his work, I know that it is hard to put an appropriate price on a quality job, and you get what you pay for. You will not be disappointed. AAAA++++

Description of Work: They put in track lights, several can lighting units, ceiling fans & (performed) other electrical work.

Description of Work: They did extensive lighting work with all of my outlets. They did some work on our ceiling and attic fans as well. They installed new wiring for recessed lighting in the kitchen. This was two days worth of electrical work.

Description of Work: I called in the morning and was able to schedule service for later that day. The electrician arrived on time and was very professional. I had a wall outlet for my dryer replaced and the work was completed in approximately thirty minutes. The electrician also made a helpful observation regarding the vent hose placement and made suggestions about placing it in a different configuration to ensure higher efficiency of the dryer. We have used this electrician before plan on contacting them for future jobs due to their fair pricing and professional service.
