Description of Work: Clear the pipe

Description of Work: They were supposed to come in and clear a drain (a deal through Angie's List). I wanted them to clear my bath drain. He came in with little more than what I could have used and told me there wasn't much he could do. Not overly impressed.

Description of Work: They cleaned out a sewer backup and then installed 2 clean-outs in the front yard. They were very good to work with and let me know what was happening at all times. They removed large root balls from the sewer and then water jetted it to clean out any others.

Description of Work: Excellent job unclog drain.

Description of Work: Bath tub was not draining and we could not unscrew the plug that drops down and allows us to fill the bath tub. The plumber had the right tools and muscle to unscrew the plug. He brought up long hair, band aid, etc. We are now much more diligent in using a $3.00 plastic drain snare from Home Depot on a regular basis. Our children also remove bandages before bathing!

Description of Work: They had to replace the shoe in our bathtub.

Description of Work: They cleaned out my floor drain by my water heater. The cost was exorbitant and this year I used another small company that charged me 50 bucks and actually acted like he knew what he was doing.

Description of Work: Initially, 5/19/12, Rescue Rooter installed Rinnai RL75i tankless water heater for us. That installation went successfully with the contractor dealing well with a difficult exhaust vent challenge. Their charge for that, $4,170.15 seemed reasonable, so a couple of years later, when we needed a maintenance service on the Rinnai, we called Rescue Rooter again. That proved to be a mistake, for when they quoted the service call at $672.00 we felt the Rinnai had been a mistake if the maintenance was to cost that much every year (that price included removing and resetting a water closet). Consequently we went online to Rinnai and found there was a recommended plumber for maintenance. We called him and were told that the maintenance would cost $100.00. When I related this to Rescue Rooter, they said they would give us a $206.00 additional discount to the existing discounts they had quoted. That was not enough to satisfy the knowledge we now have, but we felt we should take it to end the saga. Now we know to check the website each time we need service. We thought as Rescue Rooter is listed as an installer they would be the ones to call for service. Bad assumption!

Description of Work: We had a blocked toilet in the guest bathroom. This backup of water affected the main bathroom shower stall. Rescue Rooter's technician was prompt and professional in his approach, however, he only removed the main bathroom commode to clear the blockage and not the guest bathroom commode which is where the blockage had occurred. The cost of the service was higher than I anticipated and the technician had to be called back several days later due to the main bathroom commode being unstable. It had not been secured correctly when he had completed the service. I thought the tech was thorough in the area he did work, but overall, I am not totally pleased with the experience. The discounts offered in the company's web page were not offered at time of payment and I don't think I would use this company again or refer them to friends or neighbors.

Description of Work: The water got turned off on the toilet and I didn't know it; they came out and turned it back on an didn't charge me. They were great. They were prompt and polite.

Description of Work: Came to house in early morning to clean main drain from house to street.

Description of Work: DID SOME POWER FLUSHING CAUSE OF BACKED UP SEWER PIPE. BROUGHT CAMERA TO SEE IF DRAIN AND PIPE ARE CLEAR. ROTO ROOTERED THE DRAIN AND REPEATED.
