Timely and did great work

Neil is the consummate professional. Quick arrival and completion. Price was fairly reasonable - possibly a tiny bit high But they did honor the Home Advisor coupon that was emailed shortly before arrival. We rent out condo apartments so we will be using them again. Very reliable company!

Randy came over the same day we found the leak. He found the problem and made repairs the same day. We were very pleased with his service and professional attitude. Also, he was very helpful explaining the work and advice on how to finish the sheetrock repair.

Tom was very personable and wore a mask without me asking. It made me feel safe. Since I had a laundry list of things to be done, he threw in small things gratis. The work done was excellent. I am always leary about strangers in my home but I was very comfortable having him on site.

Our repairman was very knowledgeable with many years of experience. He saved us money by not insisting the crawl space be cleaned up before repairing the sump pump piping . He willingly scooped out the top layer of contaminated soil and spread lime to kill the sewer flies and eliminate the odor. The other plumbers we got a quote from wanted us to use a restoration company before they would repair the leak.

The expert came to our house was excellent, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him highly.

Was considering a tankless water heater; however Michael Paz offered some alternatives and after careful consideration we elected to install a 75 gallon water heater with a booster which gives us 85 gallons of hot water at less than half the cost of a tankless. Michael was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend our experience with Valley Plumbing.

I do not recommend any company or product to any one. If some one asked I would give them the name of a company. That almost never happens. It has nothing to do with the service provided by your company it is just my position on recommending anything to anyone
