I did not do any comparative shopping, so cannot rate the cost. He did start out much higher than I wanted, but them did some additional things to bring the plumbing up to some requirements, and lowered the price, which made it doable. Because he arrived at my home around 6, I expected he would not be able to do the work that night. However, he said he would, so I did not try for a second bid. They were also the quickest to call me in the morning, and did a couple of follow up calls until I was able to get into my office. I liked that, and someone responded as soon as I called, and set the appointments to a time after work. Nice job!

Ours was just a small plumbing job but Valley Plumbing was prompt with their initial response and scheduled the project the next day. He had all the parts he needed for our faucet repair job on his truck so it didn't take long for the project. He was courteous and we would recommend Valley Plumbing to others.

I had frozen water pipe which needed addressing (thawing no damage). I recieved a quote from Neering's plumbimg for $835 which was outrageous! This was a complete waste of time was wasted (their's and mine). I contacted Valley and the quote was from $135 - $175. The tech arrived at the scheduled time.
