Rob was great.. Would hire again no problem.. He came to our house when he said he would even to the day and the hour. He charged what we agreed on before he ever started. Rob kept his word and that impressed us the most.. No hidden surprises. In our experience companies like that are hard to find.. Customer service and quality work two awesome combos..

They came out very promptly to assess and give a bid (within two hours of 1st contact). Lawrence was very knowledgable and helpful, spent time to thoroughly determine the problem, explain the options and answer our questions. He and his crew arrived very timely on date promised, kept us updated, and worked very hard and efficiently until it was installed and put back in order. Most impressive is how well they worked together and with us to get this very inconvenient water main breakage fixed. To sum it up, they were very professional, personable, efficient and skillful.

The technician was very helpful. I felt like he was honest with me and only recommended the services that I really needed. Prompt, friendly service!

Indicated they could not provide an estimated cost during all. So, I no idea of what cost would be until day of work.

They're very professional and organized. From the office staff to the technician, they seem to work seamlessly. Although they seem to be on a more expensive side, considering prompt, responsive, and professional service, I'll use them again in the future.

The man who responded was very kind, and knowledgeable. He covered his shoes. I would use them again in a minute.

Rob was the person who came to our home. Was very personable, very clear with what was needed. Came prepared with tools. Needed to get part and was very quick to obtain. And most importantly, cleaned up after completing a thorough job.

Steve was awesome! Couldn't find the problem with the first call (not their fault, couldn't get the dang drain to leak again to pinpoint the problem) so he didn't charge me anything - not even for coming out!!! Ended up calling them again about a week later - unfortunately, I've got a major plumbing problem requiring jackhammer, but cust service was awesome from technicians to operator/assts & looking forward to working with this company more to correct the problem within the next month. Company is honest, but (bummer) doesn't offer finance options.

Punctual and offered free quote with several options on how to complete the project, as well as explaining why doing the job differently may not be best. Their knowledge gave us confidence. Price quote seemed pretty fair for the work required. They explained labor cost and parts required.

They did well working around the sprinkler line during the process of replacing entire water main and fixed the one sprinkler riser that did sustain damage. Also, they got the city to replace the round cylinder that the water meter sits in.

They were prompt and friendly. Willing to answer questions and explain options.

I requested a quote first and they were able to come out quickly and weren't high pressure. We had them come back to do the work. The work was great and the people I talked to on the phone as well as the person who did the repair were nice and easy to talk to.
