Brent seemed to be very well versed in plumbing.He is likable and fair.

My contract was for Kohler toilets and they installed off-brand toilets from China. My bathroom floor and walls were left covered with sealing compound. I would not recommend it.

Pedro showed up promptly and was very neat and ready to see what our plumbing issue was. Despite this being no ordinary clogged drain he was very professional in finding the underlying causes for it all. This was on a Sunday. He had to come back on Monday to finish restoring our draining and did so promptly. He did all that he could for us. We are currently waiting to hear from some estimators to see about fixing a pipe. I am so glad that we contacted Valley Plumbing with our needs and that they took care of us .

Eddie Durrant from Valley Plumbing replaced an old faucet in my small bathroom. The drain area in the sink was chipped and old, he worked very hard to get the new drain replacement to seal. We thought it was good, but after he left it started to leak around the drain. I called Valley Plumbing and they had Eddie come back out before he went to his next job. He took it all apart and added more plumbers tape to see if that would fill in the chipped areas in the sink. It worked. He did a great job and was very patient as he worked. I would definitely have him back to do plumbing work in my home.

Getting them to come was the hardest part of the whole experience. The installer was very knowledgeable and did a great job. My only complaint that there was a disconnect of scheduling and timing the installer would be at our house for both the estimate and to install. Other than that it was great! Still waiting to see if everything works properly.

They dumped dirt where I told them not to. Right on a plant, I wanted to save. The is frozen now and I cannot get it back in the hole. I had them leave the hole partially unfilled because part of my sprinkler system was torn out to do the necessary repairs. They wanted to charge me $600 to put the system back in. I did it for less than $100, and now I have a hole in my yard I will not be able to fill in until spring because the dirt is frozen.

Myself, 2,000 miles distant, helping a disabled former caregiver of my deceased mother, am grateful for the excellence of Mitch, who promptly corrected the incompetent blockage of the toilet inflicted by people dispatched by the "AnyHour" company. That company had left their snake blocking all, claiming removal so difficult as to require $5 k, or $3.5 k at minimum. Mitch, in a snowstorm, solved things for $1,500. It was a great relief, after over 3 weeks, that the disabled woman in rundown house of one toilet, was finally able to flush wastes, not put in garbage can. Myself, faraway and relatively poor, wonder if a lawyer or public agency could get the "Any Hour" company to pay some $'s -- including for disabled woman's money-stressed family who have now upended their lives, moving the woman and her two cats cross country with unclear outcomes.

They are very expensive

They did a good job. Fast. Would be nice if they communicated within their business a bit better. Multiple calls from the same company for the same job, and they didn't seem to pass on my notes correctly to the plumber who showed up expecting a different kind of project.

Prompt & professional

We needed our faucet replaced, and we had already purchased the faucet, just needed the service/labor to install it. Over the phone, they could not provide a quote or even a range for the price. On-site, they informed us of the price - $365. We had to go for it because we could not go through the weekend without a kitchen faucet (it was Friday at 4 pm). But that was certainly more than double what we thought would be reasonable for something that took less than 90 minutes.
