They came out on a Sunday afternoon without charging me extra, which was wonderful. The tech was friendly and helpful, and made a very yukky experience bearable. I definitely recommend Valley Plumbing and will call them in the future.!

Aaron arrived right on time, provided cost estimate after viewing, and went immediately to work in replacing the old water heater. He used shoe covers so as not to scratch or dirty our wood floor. I would rate his work as excellent as soldered pipes, connections, strapping of tank, and general overall work is now so much better than what was previously in place. Aaron was also kind enough to fill the salt into the water softener and cleaned up the area around the heater and softener tanks which he did not have to do. Joannie from their front office was also most helpful, in arranging for tank replacement at such a late hour of the night and assisted me in getting the information on how and where to shut off the gas supply to the damaged and drained water tank. The truck with the duck will now be our first and only choice whenever we encounter any other future plumbing needs. Thank you Valley Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, Inc., for doing such a great job!

He spent several hours dealing with the idiosyncracies of our OLD,OLD galvanized pipe plumbing system. Whenever he ran into a snag, he had a solution. He explained everything he did, as well as detailing maintenance to help avoid the problem in the future. Super guy! Great communication from him AND the office. Really good experience.
