The staff is nice. The part they were repairing needed to be picked up in another county where I would be in and offered to pick it up. The day of the repair appointment I received a call letting me know that the repair person did not have to the part and had to pick it up in the other county. They did not know when the repair person would arrive. Plus, I hound a another plumbing service just as good that would have done the same repair at a lower cost.

They were extremely timely and did a great job in a quick manner.

Rob was very friendly! Came on a saturday. I was alittle shocked with the price as he installed a shower head, faucets over existing! Fixed a dripping pipe under the sink in about an hour and half with a lot of chit- chat!!! Good professional company!!!

Responded quickly and the technician did a good job clearing the drain. I think he should have been prepared to clean up the mess, rather than asking me if I had paper towels. $217.00 for 15 minutes running a snake down the line was about twice what I believe it's worth.
