The quality of the work was top notch. The plumber, Paul, arrived quickly and was so professional . The work site was absolutely clean when he was finished. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Very professional and timely

This company is very personal. The sent me a personal thank you note. They were so patient, friendly, and forgiving when I had forgotten to leave the door unlocked for them. They also sent me an email introducing the plumber before he arrived, so I didn't feel like he was as much of a stranger working in my house.

They gave an honest appraisal of the situation which was not beneficial to them. Honesty and professionalism goes a long way with me.

The call back I got from Vicky at Valley was literally within 5 minutes. The pilot light on my hot water heater would not light. I'd been without hot water for a month because I didn't have the money. She said she'd work with me and had a plumber out in less than two hours. Paul was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Work done every quickly and now we can shower and do dishes. Thanks Valley.

Rob was very professional, offered a very competitive price, I decided to go with Valley Plumbing, they were able to change there schedule and installed it the same day, which was great because my schedule is very crazy. Rob explained everything to me, made a couple of suggestions to help prolong my Tankless Water Heater, but no pressure, i went with them and Rob was able to get them installed during this visit. He cleaned up completely and made sure the water heater was working correctly before he left. I will always highly recommend Valley Plumbing and will use them for all my plumbing needs from now on. they truly are great.
