Within less than a minute of requesting a quote through home advisor, Valley Plumbing called! They had a technician to our house same day and the repair was made. We had no hot water and family coming in to town the next day! Jeff N. was very knowledgable and offered excellent customer service. We will definitely go to Valley Plumbing with future needs based on this experience.

The plumber, Eric, was honest and sold me the service that was not the best interest to them. He looked out for me and what was in the best interest to me. Tankless water heaters can be a pain and Eric got on the phone to the manufacture to get me parts that were still under warranty. The other plumbers wanted to up-sell me a new unit even though I originally stated that is what I wanted. Valley Plumbing saved me a ton of money. He was very profession and courteous. I would highly recommend Valley Plumbing and ask for Eric.

It took awhile to get the part from the manufacturer (not Valley's fault). But when they did they were quick to return and finish the job. John W. did an excellent job. Will definitely use Valley again.

Valley was the lowest of the 5 bids I received in my whole-house replumb. Casey and Rick did great work and got the job done both on time (quicker than other companies quoted) and on budget. The only slight criticism I'd give is in cleanup. They cleaned up well after the plumbing work, but forgot to clean up where they had to cut out lath and plaster to get in a wall, leaving a cabinet top covered with it. Overall it was a really positive experience and our water flow is back up to standard with the removal of our rusted closed galvanized pipe.

Right before Thanksgiving, my water heater started flooding the basement. responded and came quickly. I thought since it was a holiday. it would cost a fortune. Very reasonable!

If you hire this company make sure You are very clear that you are given an estimate before they touch anything in your home or else you will be left with a large invoice for very little work like I was. Very Expensive for the services they offer. My estimate for 2 shower drain cleanings was $487

There was a snow storm on the day of the appointment and they kept me very informed as to when they would arrive.
