As with any company, the service professional makes all the difference. I had two service calls within a short period of time. The first performed some work, but did not meet my expectations, couldn't repair all items I had scheduled. I was looking for another company to complete the job, when Valley Plumbing replied to my home advisor request. The office personnel were very sympathetic to my first experience and said they would send their best for this appointment. Eric was very knowledgeable and corrected the remaining problem in less than 1/2 hour. I am glad I gave them a second chance, and have based my evaluation on the second call as any company can have a hiccup in their service.

They were initially coming out to give an estimate and would have to fix it another day, but he had time on his schedule and just did right away. He was friendly and informative. I had called my friend that does plumbing outside of my area to see what I should pay and Valley Plumbing quoted on the low end of the price range my friend provided; they have fair prices.

Randal was very courteous and did an excellent job replacing the regulator in the main as well as installing several updated shut off valves. Did a great job installing bathroom faucets as well. I am very happy with all of the work and the results with resolution to the pressure issues.

They were on time worked fast and left no mess. Price was fair.
