Initially we were concerned about certain aspects of Valley’s service, but their immediate response to these issues were addressed and rectified. This is a company that really cares about their customers and their hard-earned reputation!

Hey friendly service. Price seemed reasonable. There was a slight scheduling snafu with the after hours scheduled but they mobilized quickly when I called and sent someone after hours so that we still got our project done on the day planned.

They came out and did a whole house inspection prior to purchasing a home. They were quick and thorough. Had specific questions about past water damage. They were able to confirm what the home inspector suspected. They gave and upfront quote and was able to go back to homeowners during inspection negotiations. Having them inspect provided us a strong case for negotiating a reduction in price.

He put in a drain and raised the pipe. It cost me close to $600.00 dollars. I even had to clean the grease out of the drains myself. Not happy!!!

The technician was good to work with, but the price was just outrageous, avoid this company!

The service techs were top notch, excellent.The only snafu was the appointment time. The office said they had the wrong telephone number and so couldn't call me and yet they texted me at that number so the project started an hour late after I called them. But the overall experience was excellent!!

Replaced water heater as well as installed new pex plumbing in the entire house. Took way longer than originally quoted, but they made sure it was done right.
