Valley Plumbing came out and we had our water heater replaced very quickly. They were great to work with and did a great job. I'd definitely work with them again.

Good work and service but pricey! They changed out a bath tub faucet and charged $640.

Honestly I have never wrote a review on a company before but this has been one of my worst experiences. Hired then to come clear out our drain line from roots. The tech came out cameraâ d the line and used a machine to clear it out. About 20 minutes later it backed up again. Came out a second time that day after I called them again and â fixedâ the problem. This cost about $430. A a week later it backs up again. I call again and make another appointment, the tech then calls me 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know that the line actually needs to be jetted which would cost a few extra hundred dollars on top of what we already paid and then proceeds to tell me that he wouldnâ t be able to do it that same day. Finally fed up we called another company who fixed the problem within 20 minute with out jetting the lines. Iâ ve also called multi times wanting to talk to someone about the experience and never record a call back. I will never use this company again or ever recommend it to anyone!

The moment dispatch contacted me regarding the issue, they were friendly and provided extraordinary service to get a technician scheduled the very same day. About 1 hour later. Jessie Salomon and another gentleman showed up at my door. Not only were they courteous and respectful, Jessie was extremely detailed in the issues and immediately offered solutions to repair the problem. After I chose the option, he went thru the process of explaining what they would be doing and provided an estimated time of completion. Pricing was definitely reasonable and they were amazing. I have their info saved for future issues.

The workers were great, however the invoice for the garbage disposal said 3/4 HP and the install was a 5/8 HP model, additionally $650.00 was a truly exorbitant price gouge for a $200.00+ item.
