When the plumber wasn't able to make it in the time frame promised, I was a little frustrated as I left work early in order to meet them. While I was disappointed I had to wait another day, I will say Annie, the person doing the scheduling, was incredibly kind and very apologetic. The work was done quickly and well!

Valley plumbing did a good job. Left work area clean. It was a simple fix of a shower faucet, less than 1 hr. I thought the repair cost was high ($311). But perhaps I'm just out of touch with current repair cost.

They originally gave me a 2-hour window, then called 15 minutes before to let me know they'd be there at the start of that window. They arrived quickly, analyzed the situation, and quoted a solution. They had the needed parts on their truck and replaced my leaking cutoff valve and malfunctioning pressure valve in less than an hour and a half. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional and are now at the top of my list for any future plumbing work.

Valley Plumbing was great-of course, the cost of the job was a lot higher than a handman, but we really liked our plumber. He answered all of our questions, was professional yet relatable. We've made another appointment to install a gasline to the kitchen for a gas range. We will continue to use Valley Plumbing.
