I have never had such a good experience with a service company. They installed a tankless water heater for us. They gave us a quote that was almost $1000 lower than any other quote we got and they stuck to it. There was no up-selling, just straightforward "these are the options we can offer you." They explained everything and answered my questions. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. They are my new plumbers---will be calling them again.
