Brandon knows his stuff! He helpful, so smart, so kind, and helped solve many issues. Also explained things to me very well.

Brandon worked hard to get our tub faucet repaired in one afternoon and called in a manager to help when he had a hard time repairing part of the plumbing. Valley Plumbing communicated well as far as when the plumber would be arriving and about how long it would take.

My hot water heater was leaking I called valley plumbing they had a guy come out within 30 minutes of my call. Diggs showed up and was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to do all repairs. Based on google prices for new water heaters valley plumbing was fair and right on target. Will use this company again for all future things dealing with plumbing.

They had to come back to tighten a fitting. When I called to advise them of the leak, the girl on the phone was rude. They were ok.

Eric replaced our water heater. He was on time and really did a great job in timely manner. The dispatchers are very good and notify you when your plumber will arrive and they are really accurate.. Great customer service.

The work was good, but technician forgot to cut bolt off the toilet floor attachment. Technician had to come back. I and technician had a miss understanding about cost of repair.

Alex replaced 3 pipes in our basement. He did an excellent job and answered all of our questions. The price was fair and the work was very well done.
