Valley plumbing was on time for the quote and to do the work. I needed to have tankless water heater, soft water and a gas line for a stove installed and Ryan was able to do it all in one day. It was clean when he left. I will call them with my plumbing needs.

Josh Ashby was extremely helpful and explained everything to my satisfaction. He and Jacob Wallace were always on time and cleaned up the work area. They installed a recirculating pump in the furnace room of my home. I will definitely use Vally Plumbing needs in. The future.

I live chatted with them on a Monday night after 9pm ,They called me right at 8am and scheduled a service quote on old broken cast pipe under my sink ,Corey showed up at least an hr earlier than planned and that was great as we need the kitchen sink, He checked everything and gave me 3 options and prices ,No pressure at all to go with the most expensive one , Cory is a asset to the company very polite and detailed and explained everything ,Enjoyed talking to him ,He did the work and when i was ready to give up and have him do the pipe under the house he wanted to give one more try and wala it worked so new ,disposal ,new pipes and vent ,please keep in mind the main part of the house was built in 1957 so rusted and the prior owners attempt at pluming was weak to say the least .Anyways thought price was fare service 5 star and Cory i would recommend to anyone .They are my new go to plumbing company and they can thank Cory .

I scheduled a 2-hour block. They called early in the day and asked if they could come earlier. They said they could be at my house with 15 min notice. They were over two hours late. Kept calling and texting saying they would be there any minute. Charged me $310 an hour. Took 10 min to do the job and used a $10 part. Still charged me $320 (ish with taxes) and said they were hooking me up by giving me a first-time customer discount of $20. I paid because I signed the disclosure in the beginning and just wanted it to get done. I will never use this company again or recommend them.

Very good at diagnosing. The apprentice was able to find the leak within minutes. Still charged me for diagnostic services. Estimated drain cleaning at nearly $300.00. I ve heard others charge $80.00. I opted for their drain cleaning fluid which cost almost $200.00. They were very nice, clean, and efficient.

We recently installed 2 new toilets and 50 gals. water heater. Jason came explained toilet options and returned the next day with Hayden. The choice of a recommended toilet is excellent, their attention to cleanliness great. For sight unseen purchases and using Valley for the first time we are very happy with the experience.

I typically do not leave reviews for companies, but because of my experience with Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning, INC. I have created an account just to leave a review. I will never do business with this company again. The only time I will ever call them again is to use them as the ceiling benchmark when comparing quotes from other companies. The focus of the review is the management of this company and not the plumber/technician. The plumber/technician performed quality work and was outstanding.TLDR: Plumber/Technician work is outstanding, but management and pricing are not transparent. They will not provide any breakdown in their quotes or invoice. Valley Plumbing management practices are questionable and shady. They will insert hidden fees that make their services 35%-40% more expensive than other companies in their market and they will mark up their hardware 55-65% from standard market prices. (Calculations explained below)Explanation: My family was looking to have a plumber install/set a toilet as we had issues with a recently installed toilet that was leaking. I called Valley Plumbing for a quote. They scheduler was professional and was able to get a plumber/technician out to our house within 36H. We received the quote, but unfortunately my significant other agreed to go-ahead to do the work before I had a chance to review the quote. The work was completed very well and the payment settled. My issue is not with the work, as the plumber/technician did his job very well and was upfront with how he was going to handle everything. However, my issue came up once I saw the invoice/quote provided. With any contracted work, it is standard practice to provide an itemized list for a quote and invoice. I was expecting an itemized list of work so I could provide it to my insurance as proof of work. When I saw the invoice from Valley Plumbing. there was simply a lump sum with a simple one-line aggregated description of work. I thought initially that was the quote from the field and perhaps their corporate organization could clarify what that lump sum included, so I called their office to ask about the break down, so I could get an itemized list to submit in my claim for insurance. I was told by their scheduler that their mangers were busy and would return my call (very professional and pleasant). Valley Plumbing returned my call within the hour with a manager on the line. I explained that I would like an itemized breakdown of services provided and immediately the manager said NO, we do not do that. He then went on a long winded vague rant to try an explain why, which was the following (summarized and paraphrased -it was easy to follow along and see right through the fluff) Valley Plumbing management moved away a time and materials flat rate to make it easy for the customer to get a quote to compare, because it is too confusing for the customer to see all the costs of the work to be done. Thus making it easier for us to markup services and material costs. Any way I asked for more details he stone walled my questions, but finally I was able to get a price that they charge for setting a toilet. I thanked him for the plumber service and hung up the phone. I called 2 other SLC plumbing companies and asked for their cost for setting a toilet. What I found was that both those companies were 35%-45% cheaper. I looked up the toilet that the plumber installed from their provider, I calculated the cost of the toilet from the invoice and found it to have roughly a 55%-65% markup from what is listed at Home Depot and Lowes.I was fine paying the costs as we agreed to the quote for the work. All I wanted was an rough breakdown of the work, which any honest and transparent business would happily provide (if not standard). All I received was a shady impression.Get .

He was courteous and put on his booties. He put drop cloths down and very friendly. He showed me the damaged areas. He looked at other areas to make sure there were not any other damaged areas
