There were very knowledgeable and able to diagnose my leak in about 10 minutes. When they came back to perform the repair they were on time and did their work quickly and neatly. So far, after numerous heavy rains, all the leaks appear to be fixed.

They came the same day that I told them to do the job.Allpersonnel were friendly and very polite and professional. I was unable to go up and look at the work so they took pictures before,during and after the job was completed so I could see. Great work and people.

Being disable, I was unable to see what they were doing. Don't know if they replaced damaged shingles or not. Appears to be a good job.

Timberline was on the job right on time, we had to have the entire roof replaced and brought up to code, we had 5 layers of old shingles. Great Customer Service, they cleaned up after the end of every day. Really great company I wish they did everything I'd hire them.

Edgar answered telephone immediately after I received Homecare referral, he was very courteous and he arrived within an hour. He and another contractor went on my roof and sealed all my flashing pipes, especially the main one to my furnace room, which leaked with recent rain/hail storm. He quoted a very reasonable price and stuck to it. Great experience, very professional.

Edgar was great. Contacted me same day as my initial inquiry and came out and gave an estimate. Was back the next day to start tearing off the old shingles. Suggested additional work which cost me a bit more, but I believe the extra work was needed in order for the work to last. Two other men came out and actually did the installation and they worked very quickly and the finished product looks great.

Came out on a Saturday for repairs, and was only company that explained multiple options for my roof replacement, I highly recommend using them for your roofing needs.

Edgar was easy to work with, recovered my roof and added new rain gutter. no extra or hidden fee's and was on time. finished project by date promised. will refer to friends and family who need roofing related work.
