Bathroom remodel for master bathroom was a very smooth and great experience with Cransten. They were the only ones I could find who could build the corner appliance garage door. I went through four different people, including the original cabinet guy, general contractor and two other handymen. They found the parts that needed to be ordered, matched the paint and custom built the door. The only room for improvement is that they lost track of my project for a month or so - I believe it was because someone left the company and no one realized this job was incomplete (hence 3 star on customer service). Good company, would definitely use again.

Received three quotes to replace an exterior kitchen door. Loweâ s at $3k plus cost of door, HomeDepot $7500 plus door, and Cransten $600 plus cost of door. I purchased an off the shelf door for $450 and Cransten did a terrific job installing. Installer Bradley Evans provided excellent communication and a pro install job. I will hire Cransten again.

All projects were completed well.He was polite and helpful adding another step to one repair when I requested an extra layer on a porch door screening to make it more secure from dogs jumping at it. Felt pricing was extremely high for amount of work done . While happy with his finished work I can't justify $1000 for the amount of work done. I'm sorry to not be able to reuse your service based on the cost.

Punctual and communication during project along with recommending repair of existing attic ladder vs. replacing. Quality work performed. I would hire again for any projects that I was unable to do.

The workers (Simon and Joe) and Deja were great workers and did outstanding work. The deck is a large one with two different levels, one of which is very high off the ground. The deck is beautiful according to me and neighbors. It is solid where the old one was falling down. They cleaned up after themselves and were extremely friendly throughout the project. I would not hesitate to use them again. I am a DIY person in the past and they did such quality work. The deck is certainly nicer and more than I expected.

Alexeiâ s work was every bit as good as the reviews I had read! He was on time, completed a small sheetrock repair, baseboard caulking and painting in about 1 1/2 hours. I will definitely contact Cransten for any future projects, and will request Alexei!

We Hired Cransten to fix our meeting door. It kept sticking and wouldnâ t shut without force. Glen Hilliard was our handyman and he was very respectful of all of us in the meeting room. He is very knowledgeable, considerate, and is quite funny. Anyway Glen fixed the door doesnâ t stick anymore. And it was a joy for us in the office to get to meet him. Hire Cransten for any and everything!!

I hired Cransten to help move 2 king and queen mattresses and bed springs. Mr. Hilliard arrived and as you guys know he is kinda skinny. I was a tad concerned if he could move it so I asked him would he able to handle carrying and disposing the mattresses and he just laughed and said donâ t let his size fool me. Well he wasnâ t lying he threw the mattresses on his back out the house and onto the back of his truck with ease. Wow! Very impressive. Glen Hilliard was punctual, respectful, and quite funny! It was a pleasure to meet him and I will definitely be using Cransten in the future!

Glen Hilliard was awesome. He replaced a toilet, repaired a large hole in the dry wall in our master bath, and replaced multiple light fixtures. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did a great job of cleaning up afterward. I would highly recommend Cransten Service and Glen. We will certainly hire them to do more work for us in the future.

If youâ re planning to call Cransten request Joe [Provider Name Removed], he was absolutely amazing! We recently moved into a house built in 1912 and wanted to move but also preserve a vintage mirror affixed to our fireplace mantel. We called a handful of companies but they didnâ t seem confident they could do the job. However, Joe assured us he could and he did not disappoint! He was able to remove the mirror, without damaging it, and relocate it above our kitchen fireplace. Joe took the time to discuss our options and be sure he handled our request with the utmost care. All we need to do now is paint it and itâ ll look great. We appreciate his attention to detail in preserving the character of our home. Thank you Joe!

Forgot to leave Mr. Hilliard a review a couple weeks back. This young man reached out to check and make sure the bed was operating to my liking. I am the caretaker of the woman he put the bed together for, and I really appreciate how he took time to check on us and make sure everything was working perfectly.
