I was expecting a professional drywall person and got an average handyman. He was very nice and cordial but I was expecting better results. I can do drywall repairs but had to work, so I hired someone to move the project along. It was good enough.

Ed did a great job of repairing a hole in our chainlink fence! If the new piece was not galvanized or the old fence wasn't rusted, no one could tell where the fence was repaired without a magnifying glass. Karen, Salt Lake City, UT

Excellent installation of recessed can lights and patching of ceiling where old light fixtures were taken out. Great value for the price charged. Contractor was in and done and out very quickly. Contractor communicated very well as to times arriving.

The work was done when it was scheduled too. The gentleman was thorough, very pleasant and did everything we asked for and looks great. He installed 6 blinds in my den and an attic ladder. I am very happy and will use him again

David was very professional and took time to figure out what I was trying to do and made it happen.

Cransten called me with an appt date and their crew member (Dave) called me to confirm. He was on time and very polite. He went on our roof and had the repair done in less than 20 minutes. Very efficient. We will call them for our next home repair.

Absolutely horrible. The handyman was to remove carpet from my steps for restoration and varnishing. He left half the tacks and hammered the rest into my steps. The company (Brian) rescheduled they next appt and they no-showed. I then rescheduled the next (3rd visit) and was told I would need to pay the original amount first and the new handyman. Stay away from this company.

Telephone contact was friendly and technician was also. After initial contact it was difficult maintaining contact and getting technician to finish in a timely manner.

We hired Cransten, Inc to address an extensive laundry list of items that needed repair in our newly purchased home. Not many companies or individuals are interested in this type of work we found. Cransten Inc was very responsive and professional when contacted and they were willing to send someone immediately to help us. Aaron called the night before our appointment and introduced himself, told us a bit about his background and inquired about the nature of our repairs. He arrived the next day and efficiently and expertly took care of all of our items which included plumbing, taking down a heavy curtain rod, fixing a blocked downspout, cutting shelving for a bookcase, aligning cupboard doors, fixing broken hinges, caulking in the bathroom, repairing wood trim. Aaron has a wide array of skills and was able to address everything we asked of him. Beyond his great skill set, Aaron is professional, pleasant and dogged in his willingness to make things right. Being totally unhandy ourselves we are very happy we found Aaron and Cransten, Inc. we will definitely call upon them again.

Great job installing and rebuilding attic stairway and installing railing on steps. Clean up and final inspection to insure job done as required.
