I strongly recommend Mr Butch Hackett, he is very polite and knowledgeable, got the job done in a perfect way. He contacted me days ago before the appointment to get more info about the project and the big hole in my ceiling was fixed perfectly, in a timely manner and no hassle. I would like to have him back to work on more projects.

I hired Cransten to remove all tile from a shower to make sure the foundation was previously properly built, which it was not, which is what I suspected due to visible moisture. Cransten rebuilt the shower with the proper materials, retiled and now I have a beautiful shower that I am confident will hold up for many years. Great group of folks to work with, and the price was fair.

We hired Cransten back in May to touch up some failing grout in our master shower. The first guy they sent used what turned out to be the wrong grout, and just used gobs of it all over all the tile seams. After the first couple months the grout he'd applied was melting off the walls. Fortunately, Cransten was gracious enough and to schedule a warranty repair even though we were a bit outside the warranty window. The second guy they sent, Andrew Ormesher, did a FANTASTIC job. Andrew was on time and professional and took the time to scrape all the falling grout out, cleaned up every tile seam, and sealed it afterwards. Could not be happier with the end result!

Professional, polite, and explained what he was doing. He was even stuck in traffic and sent me a text letting me know and update his arrival time. Highly recommend them.

Crystal took my call and handled everything very efficiently. She put me at ease and did a great job. Tanner came out and did the installation. He was punctual, professional, friendly, helpful, and did a great job. Tanner communicated options which I needed to consider (on the spot) and I was able to purchase the right lighting and have him install with confidence. He saved me time and money and with the necessary adjustments, was able to complete the contract timely with no additional cost to me.

I've hired this company twice now and they do a good job. First project was replacing some old boards on three sheds we have. They did the project to our specs, know how to do carpentry and finished the work per expectations. The second project was repairing our sliding glass door. The movable door started to be hard to move. Jason took the door out, laid it gently on our sturdy patio table and went to work. Now the door slides great and should last until we move out to the retirement home.

Cransten was quick to respond professional and kept it honest with their original quote. In particular Mr. Alex Nelson (our handyman) was very professional, punctual and most importantly did great work repairing drywall in my kitchen ceiling.

Dan was terrific. He completed the task and actually did a much better job than the original contractor in securing the grab bar to the wall.

Highly recommend Cransten! We had them install a security system several months ago and had them come back to add more to our system! Will be using them for additional handyman services in the future!

Glenn did an amazing job repairing our decaying front yard service fence to the backyard! He was friendly, complete, extremely efficient, and the fence looks better than it originally did when new. While he was here he also reattached an under-mount sink in a bathroom. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of home repair. We also had a great experience talking with Brian in the office who arranged our service call, making that process easy and efficient also. We are completely happy with our interactions with Cransten.

Our handyman Pace was very friendly, very talented and very thorough. He was also flexible with our schedule as we had to deal with a family emergency.
