Very methodical, pleasant demeanor. In the initial estimate, called to say he would be about 15 minutes late. We appreciate that notice. So no guessing on weather a show or no show. Price seemed a little high but good quality of work. Excellent TV reception.

Project: Installed Roof Top Antenna. He was excellent and cordial to work with, and the TV reception is perfect. I would recommend Olson Electronics to any and all that could use their services. His knowledge and skills were just what we needed.

Employee was very personable and easy to work with. Had a good knowledge of the work to be done and completed it efficiently and timely.

I made an appointment for a Saturday but called the wee before to change to the next Friday. He said ok 11 AM. Friday 11AM came he did not show so I finally called at 11:20AM he had forgotten the appointment. He finally arrived at 12:15 - no discount for his being late and forgetting the appoint. Then he kept telling that I should get a new TV even though mine works fine. It is not my main TV and I'm fine with it not being HD. He did make sure both TVS worked. He also will only guarantee for 90 days - others I contacted said they would guarantee for 1 year. So I told him I should at least get the 1 year warrant since he had forgotten the appointment and was very late. He said ok but I'm not sure he will really do that. I guess my time is not worth much - I'm sure he would not have been happy if he was the one waiting.

Mr. Olson was prompt and thorough. He first installed my rooftop antenna and then hooked it up to my 3 TVs, two of which needed to have lines run to them. Mr. Olson took the time to scan my channels on each TV and ensure that everything was working properly. He provided excellent customer service and is priced very reasonably! I highly recommend Olson Electronics .

We had to reschedule due to the weather, he did the best to accommodate my schedule, he showed up on time, ready to work the work was completed professionally and operation verified.

Mr Olson is a quiet and methodical person. He works alone. He installed the wiring for the new antenna with minimal visual impact. He knew how to install on the old TV antenna dish on the roof. He made sure the signal was good and helped to calibrate my new TV. The experience was all I expected

Im just glad to finally have free TV and if anybody needs or wants dad that free TV without paying high prices for cable, Internet or satellite this is a good way to go.
