Bryson diagnosed the problems with my furnace and explained my options. I decided to replace the furnace rather than have them rebuild it. Ian came two hours later and completed the install the same day. There were no hidden charges. The Quality of the install was good. It is never a good time to replace a furnace, but Friendly Plumber made it easier than I expected.

Zack Burton came to my house in Deer Valley. I've found many trades hear Deer Valley and the price doubles. Zack was very, very fair. The fixes ended up being relatively simple, but he was honest and personable and charged appropriately. I enjoyed having him work for me and will call again with any future plumbing issue!

Please know that Walter was educated and proficient at his job! Fast and competent!

They were good in showing up when they said they would. They worked fairly quickly and did the job correctly.When you sign the contract for the work be prepared to pay that price. There were no adjustments and I thought the price was too high that I had to pay.

I had a huge sewer drain problem. I had 2 other plumbing companies that could not fix my drain problem. I called Friendly Plumbing and they sent out 3 Journeyman Plumbers with a camera and good equipment to determine my problem and it's location. FRIENDLY PLUMBING did a great job. My plumber was Kevin who did everything he could to help locate my damage and fix it quickly and thoroughly. I had a team of professionals who got me qualified to pay for a major home improvement...that made it easy and comfortable. I would recommend working with Kevin and Friendly Plumbing to anyone who wants it done right the first time.

Friendly Plumber's were timely calling back after my initial inquiry, they showed up on the appointed time, they inspected the work thoroughly, I had many misc plumbing repairs, all of which they handled very professionally, and they left clean spaces when they were done. They were not a "cheap" alternative, but you often get what you pay for. I highly recommend them.

The company was very prompt only 45 min. from the time I made the call until Kevin arrived and started the project. Kevin S. was very polite and professional. made sure I knew what he was going to do and explained everything he did.
