Friendly Plumber contacted me and asked if they could make it right with me for the mis-analysis on the first visit by offering a free heater and air-conditioning check up. This was done excellently and professionally and I appreciate the offer and this service. I'm sure I'll use Friendly Plumber in the future.

I needed to have my sewer main lined due to recurring tree roots. I got 3 bids and decided to go with Friendly Plumbers due to the level of professionalism and the competitive bid I received from Seth Thomas. His was also the only trenchless bid offered. The work was performed from my basement rather than an excavation in my front yard. Having never seen this type of lining work done I asked a lot of questions. Which were answered knowledgeably by any employee I spoke to. It took 2 days, as promised, and the employees that came to my home were very professional also. I've worked as a Construction Manager and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of work done. They are definitely my first call if I need anything else on the plumbing side of home improvement! Integrity, Honesty, and Great Work!

I really appreciated the promptness. Quote was performed without additional charges. Work was completed same day, water was restored, including pilot light on water heater for hot water. Followed up with a phone call later that day to check on satisfaction.

Super impressed! I made the appointment around 7pm, a friendly lady called me within 10 minutes to confirm. They were on time for the appointment, extremely knowledgable, and really friendly! The expert knew the problem right away and had a fair price for me instantly. As soon as I paid for the repair the part was ordered. They said it may take 24 hours but came back 6 hours later and installed a new sump pump! I could not be more pleased! I would recommend to everyone and will definitely call again! Thank you!!

Justin & Tom were very professional, easy to work with, and showed high quality workmanship. They replaced our bathroom faucet set, the kitchen spout and faucet valves. They were fast and good at solving problems they encountered. I would highly recommend them.

Fast, efficient and a great price

Justin fixed a toilet I had problems with for a long time. It wobbled and was leaking water. He replaced the inside flushing system for the toilet, pulled up the toilet and replaced the anchor brace for the toilet and took off the wax ring and replaced it. The toilet is working great. It was nice to have the job done in a short period of time and work out so well.

They were prompt, courteous, gave advice and offered future services available without being pushy.

Quick response, very friendly (how about that...?), competent and got the job done expeditiously. More work was done than I had hoped to do (old home), but he showed me why it was needed and discussed the alternatives available to me until I was satisfied. I have since called them again for another job and hope to make them my regular plumber.
