We had to clean up after they were done. They changed me for services not done. Still haven't received any paperwork in regards to the work completed warranty and closing bill. They got paid but I haven't received a receipt.

They repaired a brand new faucet that another company had installed, and they repaired the fix another plumber had put into a basement toilet. The plumber did a great job!

Got on Home Advisor to find someone on a 100 degree Saturday night to come fix our AC unit that had just stopped working. Didn't have a lot of hope for finding anybody to help us until Monday. Less than five minutes after entering our info on Home Advisor a very friendly person from Friendly Plumber came to our rescue. An appointment for early Sunday morning was made. Jarom arrived on time and we were so impressed with his professionalism. He diagnosed the problem. Let us know how much it would be to fix the problem and went about fixing it in a very timely fashion. This company had earned our business and we will now use them exclusively for all our plumbing, heating and air needs.

We ended up replacing everingthing. Tech came out and checked everything, then gave us a quote to fix it or to replace the AC unit and the furnace. Both were so old that we decided to get new everything. The scheduled for the next day. Techs were friendly, clean, laid down a rug as to not scratch our wood floors. Would definitely use again as needed!

Service doesn't get any better, faster or professional. If every business operated in this fashion the world would be a much better place :)

Within 1 hour of meeting the plumber, the job was finished the check in his hand and a smile was on my face. He had all the parts he needed in the truck and was very professional. Now I know who to call when there is a plumbing issue. Definitely recommend this company.

Brian was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to diagnose our air conditioning problem in a very short time. He also took the time to provide various options to correcting the problem.

The central AC unit now works much better than it ever has. They did a much more thorough job in fixing the unit than previous contractors that I have used. The unit starts up and cools much more quickly. It appears to run more efficiently.

Integrity and compassion as job turned I to a bigger deal than originally thought. Seth was extremely fast and trustworthy!

Nice guy. Seemed to thoroughly check things out. He didn't do much. The AC is working again but not strongly. I most likely need a new one.
