The work order stated they would remove and replace all interior drain piping including bathroom sink. They did not replace the bathroom sink drain line. That pipe failed a few months later (hidden in wall) causing extensive damage to multiple rooms, carpet, walls. Took four months during pandemic shutdown to obtain replacement materials and complete repair work. My insurance contacted Friendly but got no cooperation. Friendly?s poor workmanship and failure to stand behind their work caused me expense and aggravation. My homeowners insurance will go up because I made a claim.

They didn't do the work and they charge $355. In addition, after they left, valuables were missing.

Very professional & informed, we just had a simple drain blockage, but he checked out the rest of our plumbing and gave us information on what we needed.

They showed up on time and were very helpful with questions as they were installing the AC unit. I would highly recommend as their price was better than several other companies I got estimates from.

The price I paid was close to $700 more than the quote. No adequate reason was given for the discrepancy.

Though they fixed the problem, I felt they were continually trying to upsell me. Talking about how tough the job was so they could increase the price. It was a simple task and I paid a lot. I was hoping to find a plumber I could use regularly. I am still looking. I will not use Friendly Home Services again.
