They showed up on time. Looked over the problem and then, instead of ripping me off for $180, showed me how to do the minor project myself. They also referred me to Moen for their lifetime warranty on their products. I called Moen and the replacement has been sent. They offered to return if I could not do the project myself. I was impressed.

They corrected a wiring error on a sewage ejector control which the original installer had made. They are knowledgeable, friendly and very fair in their pricing. They definitely take the approach of making and keeping happy customers. You'll be glad you called them.

Right from the start their attitude was very professional. They were quick to contact me and give me an estimate. Also they were very good to give advice and recommendations without pressure. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they worked through lunch to finish on time. I told them it was not necessary but they did it anyway. Picked up afterward and left the whole area very clean. I had an extensive project done. I would recommend this company for any project large or small. Final project turned out great!

The guys were great!! They were here when they said they would be, they actually stopped to get parts for the furnace guys who were installing a new furnace the same day. The laughter coming from the basement was great to hear as they worked. It showed they enjoyed their job

They explained everything, gave us a good price, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up and the laughter that came from the basement as they worked on both the furnace and the hot water heater was nice to hear! I recently had a nightmare experience with a business that I had found off home advisor. After realizing one of the walls was swollen and bowed, a coworker insisted I open the wall up to see if there was a leak. There was! Reluctantly after my last experience, I sought out another referral from home advisor. However, this time, I called Friendly Plumber. Seriously, the best decision I've made with this renovation yet! Seth was such an awesome representative from the company and his work and diligence saved me so much time, money, and ultimately headache! The company prior had not only uncapped my sewage line, cut the drainage at the base, cut waterlines after screwing holes in them, and also cut a giant hole in the sewage line and put spackle inside to cover the damage.... then, they dry walled and painted over it so I wouldn't see the damage. Seth with Friendly Plumber is amazing! They were so quick to come fix the issue, and their prices were so reasonable, and it was done right the first time. … Not to mention, poor Seth didn't even complain when the upstairs unit flushed the toilet, and also released a bath all over the place! Such a good sport! You will not go wrong by using Friendly Plumber!!!! In fact, I just contacted them to do a third job with the renovation!
