Ashley is great on the phone. Gerry was great with suggestions for placement of the shower and vanity. While the price was less than $100 more than another bid, I chose Friendly because of their friendliness on the phone and professionalism in the field. My questions were answered respectfully and as a single woman, I appreciate that.

They came to my house and found the toilet issue. The technician told me how to order the part and then taught me how to install it. By doing this, he said that it would save me $200.00 and that he would not need to come back and install it.

They fixed up my swamp cooler that was neglected by the previous owners for a reasonable price. Very friendly tech!

They did an amazing job replacing my old water heater and bringing everything with my water heater up to code for my old house.

I was really happy with this company. Seth came out to fix a leaky toilet. Identified the issue quickly and resolved it. The problem was fixed and the price was right.

It's terrible to discover that your main water has to be replaced the Friday before the 4th of July holiday weekend. They came out that morning and gave us a bid which was considerably less than the other company I had look at it, and they agreed to do the work on Tuesday while the other company said Wednesday was the first they could get it done. They also hooked up a hose to our main water line at the meter so we could use it to save our garden and lawn. We could also connect the hose to the hose connection into the house so we could flush toilets and take showers periodically. It was a pain in the neck but better than letting everything die and checking into a motel. We also were pleased to sign on to their home maintenance plan to come annually and check on our water heater, air conditioner, furnace and I can't remember what else. We would recommend them.

Our Air Conditioner broke down and they were able to send someone that same day! We really appreciate the agent who called me, she was really great to work with. She put me on hold to see if there was someone in my area that could come over asap. Skyler came over right away and got my AC working like a charm!

Great company everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly. Mitch came quickly, diagnosed the issue and got straight to work on the repair. We thought they were fair and reasonably priced.

Competent and Dependable

Very busy company, not enough staff to handle all the work. Overall though I feel the work quality was good. Seth, was great to work with explained everything well. Felt that he did his best to make sure the job was done correctly.
