They made their initial contact with me right away even though it was a Sunday. They don't charge a fee just to come out but charge according to what the repair is. They were professional in every way, treated me respectfully and didn't push things on me that I didn't need.

hired them to fix a leaking tub valve. the valve was over 60 years old so they had to get specialty parts to rebuild it. only problem was the new handle on the cold water tends to turn itself off in certain positions because gravity pulls the point down. They came and tried to fix it but it still does some times.

The company scheduled the job three days in advance, and a couple of hours before coming said they were running behind and unless I wanted to pay an additional $100 for after hours, I would need to reschedule the following week! I know ALL plumbers are expensive, but at first the plumber said it would be about $576 to reinstall a 2 yr old water heater, which was in place, just needed to be hooked up and checked! He talked about all the different steps he would have to take, and the fact that it may not work correctly! I told him we have a home warranty against most problems, I just needed it reinstalled and checked! He finally came down to $230. I needed the job done, so I reluctantly agreed to the $230. He was there a grand total of 45 minutes, including our discussion, a phone call to my husband, bringing tools in, taking tools out, doing the paperwork. And it wouldn't have been that long, but it was stubborn starting up, and he waited for it to partially refill so he could be sure it was actually heating. HE WAS FRIENDLY! A very nice man, but expect a high bill!

Friendly Plumber was fast and although there was an issue with the job, they came out and rectified it ASAP. I would recommend.

Brad did an outstanding job in diagnosing the problem and explaining the different options and the costs involved. Could not have asked for a better repairman. If we need this type of work again, I hope we get Brad.

Great work and fair price! Paul and Fernando replaced the front spout quickly. They had to cut a hole in the ceiling down in the basement. They put drop cloth to prevent the dirt/drywall dusting my carpet. No muss no fuss. Love their work and would recommend.

he was awesome. I still have a hissing sound when I flush the toilet. If he could come back and get the air out of the line that may stop the hissing..

Other companies had said we should put an additional cold air return in the basement, and told us how much it would cost. The man from Friendly Plummer came here to check it out. He checked everything related to it, like the size and capacity of the furnace, the numbers and size of existing returns, the flow of the air into each return, etc. His opinion of the whole situation was that there was no need for an additional return. There was no charge for his visit!
