The plumbers were fine and their work was adequate, however the price was ridiculously high.

The fellow who came to do the work was very nice and mostly did a great job except for the downstairs toilet. Water was continually seeping out of the toilet and so he replaced several parts but now the toilet every 10 minutes or so refills with water. He told me that it may take some time for the new part to settle but this constant refilling of the toilet is very annoying, I know the toilet is old but it did not have this particular problem before. I wish there was something they could do other than sell me a new toilet.

they were great at fixing our main water line. they did it quick and professionally. they were $1200 cheaper than the closest other estimate that we were given. you also can't tell where they had to dig because they put the grass back so well. I would recommend them to everyone.

The repair man was overly interested in selling me more services. He pulled out my water heater pipe insulation stating that it was a fire hazard. When I checked further with a plumbing supply place, it was the same insulation. Now I have to re-do the insuLation. And I am turned off to this company.

Knowledgeable, honest, fair, considerate and "friendly" in helping with a major broken pipe, flooding problem.

The 2 gentlemen that came out today were the nicest and kindest people! I really appreciated that.

They charged me $320. To install a faucet that I supplied. Took him one hour.

Mike was a fantastic technician. Our furnace is only 2.5 years old, but he found that a connection had not been tightened properly when installed. He fixed this, and prevented us from having a huge bill from a burned out mother board in the future. He was prompt, friendly and explained what he was doing. Would happily recommend them.

Had furnace replaced and swap cooler upgraded to central AC. While the systems work as they are suppose to from what I can tell so far, the customer service was less than par. Before the job had even started I was told that I shouldn't even waste my time trying to get a rebate. The job took over a week to complete. The electrician that was sent by Friendly did not show up on 2 separate occasions and when addressed with Jerome I was advised that it was because the AC was not a priority this time of year. I paid for the system to be installed whether it is a priority or not is not that of friendly or the electrician they sent to decide. The insulation for my new ducting was ordered incorrectly yet no one wanted to take ownership of that mistake either. When the insulation issue was address with Jerome I was told that Justin said he picked up the insulation at 11am on 10/23 yet I had a screen shot from a text between my husband and Justin where Justin stated at noon on 10/23 that he was not going to be able to pick up the item until 3pm, so someone was lying but here again no one will take ownership. Then on the final day of work I received my invoice emailed to me where Jerome decided that he could sign off that the job was completed to MY satisfaction and that I agreed to pay the amount, and it was signed back on 10/16 before work had even begun. Overall a lot of shady things occurred through this process and i have no faith in them to come back to my home to do ANY work. And now a manager named Walter has tried to say he would give me a 3% reimbursement off the total charge IF i removed my negative review...seems extremely shady and unethical to me, just like the fraud.
