Originally we were going to install a tankless water heater but after an initial consultation we found out our 70 year old plumbing wasn’t really cutting anymore. So we had to audible to a whole home repipe with a new 50 gallon water heater. The installers, Jason and Cole were very professional and friendly. They kept us informed about the project and their progress the whole way. Our water looks cleaner, the pressure is much better and hot water comes out much quicker. Overall this company was very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them to others.

As their name implies, Chad was very friendly and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I would recommend Friendly Plumber to anyone who needs quick and competent plumbing help.

We were happy with what we had done and with the evaluation of some other issues. We will be following up with Friendly Plumber for that additional work in the near future.

All of the people at Friendly Plumbing were courteous and professional. They came out quickly, assessed our issue, and scheduled the repair right away. The work was done well, and the guys even cleaned up afterwards. They explained everything to us every step of the way. Their dispatch also notified us each time about when exactly their plumber would arrive. They are indeed friendly.

Charged $250 to repair a 6 inch section of pipe. Very pushy upsellers. We only needed a leak repaired. They wanted to repipe the whole house. Then after they left, the toilets wouldn't work - no water. Toilets worked fine before he came. Wife asked if repairman could come back (husband was out of town). They refused to send him back, said they would try to schedule something for later in the week. When connected to the repairman, he said the toilets wouldn't work because we didn't repipe the house. Like they would have done it same day. Some friends came over to help. Turns out, he didn't turn the water back on completely. Turned off the main and a secondary supply that feeds the toilets, but didn't turn the supply back on for the toilets. Nice try, Friendly's. Maybe you can find another customer who will go for your $6,000 repipe offer because you left a water supply turned off.

I was between a rock and a hard place as my water heater and furnace both died in the same day. Chad had trouble finding an electric water heater that would fit, but Jason and Cole showed up in two hours, and installed it. Frank replaced my furnace motor the same day. I was back in business, and no pun, but they were all friendly but professional.

They are what they say, Friendly and customer service was great. Got the job done earlier than expected!

They were very friendly and helpful with the instillation of my thermostat. Also the plumber helped me to know my water heater was due to be replaced.

Friendly plumbing was awesome. They came out and fixed my faucet and walked me step by step through the process.

First of all, I needed a plumber on a Saturday afternoon and this was the only one available and not until the next morning . The answering service was very friendly and helpful , instructing me to turn the water off to the house. The actual plumber was very late and did not call to alert me to this. Be aware that there is a $150.00 service call whether work is done or not. The plumber was honest in telling me that he was unable to find a leak and therefore would not be doing any work. He seemed eager to call a disaster cleanup company for me but when I looked the company up it had HORRIBLE reviews!! When I informed him of this he stated " I don't read reviews". I told him he should because he was mentioned in some of the reviews as being the person who recommended them and in essence he was getting a bad review also. I have learned since that some companies pay plumbers a substantial amount of money to refer them ,if it is true in this case I don't know. He did however give me the cards and names of several other companies and I was able to find a wonderful disaster cleanup company and I guess I can atleast thank him for that. In his defense I would say he did spend a little effort looking for the leak and did not try to perform any unnecessary work. I personally don't think I will go with this company if I have plumbing issues in the future.

I had an emergency situation. They came fast and stayed until the problem was found and rectified.

Prior to doing the job they did not do a comprehensive assessment of the entire situation. Then, when they came to do the job, they told me that in order to do the job "properly" an addition $7000 of work would need to be done. I feel that they were not truthful from the beginning. I think they took advantage of the fact that I had contacted them for an emergency repair and needed the work done immediately. I did not have the additional suggested work done - I obtained several other opinions which were not consistent with what friendly plumber had told me. The serviceman was nice but they did not clean up after themselves and left a big mess.

He came out on a Sunday to take care of my problem and didn't mind seemed very nice and couldn't expect more
