Not Yet. I need to settle the amount charged. For two hours of work, I was charged $ 720.00. There must be a mistake. They installed two ceiling fixtures that I had purchased separately at Lowes.

Alex came to give us a bid. He decided to actually go ahead and do the work after he gave us a price. He rebuilt half of the furnace vent ducting and did it for a very fair price. The workmanship was very good and I would hire Friendly again.

Both the sales and installers did a great job answering all of our questions and getting the job done. We are happy with our new heat pump and furnace.

They came out as soon as feasible; we didn't have an emergency situation. There was a bit iof confusion as I got some duplicate notices about the appt. but they sorted it out & it turned out fine. The plumber was great & explained things well.

We thought we had a big problem and the plumber found that we had a very small problem! That in inself make him my favorite plumber of all time.

he was sooo professional and nice and when he found out was just some Beans clogging the lines he didn't charge he was very through and checked everything I would highly recommend him and his business

They were fast explained their program and we had two drains done with in their program

The technician did a great job he went above to make sure we were satisfied after a mishap. When I called the office to advise them of the issue the rep was not helpful. But it was all resolved and I love my water system.

The guys who came and did the actual work were amazing--they even noticed that the shower hardware was a different finish than our sink faucet, and made a special trip to get hardware that matched! The guy who came to do our initial estimate was really friendly, and showed up right on time, but was very hard to reach afterwards. But their customer service on the phone was great.

Joe was excellent! Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him and Friendly Home Services without reservation.

The initial worker did his best to correct the problem but had to defer to one with more experience rather than doing his best and walking away. The follow-up was fantastic; very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information about the issue and the solution. Will certainly contact for other projects
