They charge California prices and at the worst case scenario and won't charge you for what you have so a $100.00 charge becomes a $650.00 charge with them.

They bailed on a 9am appointment because I didn't answer when they called at 8:45. We have new tenants moving in today, needed it done this morning, and they tried to reschedule last minute after the appointment being set all week. They told me the girl that scheduled it was new and didn't tell me there's a rule that if you don't answer 15min before, they won't show up at all.

Didn’t do the work as promised and charged higher than estimated. They told me I would get 10% off and the final bill was higher than estimated. I called up about it and they blamed on their computer

Ashley and Jaron were very quick to get the whole process started then Dallas and Austin the installers came and completed the project within a couple hours. The furnace went out in the rental property so I didn’t have time to waste. Thank you for taking care of it.

They are a little higher priced and will try to upsell you, but very nice and thorough. They even installed a faucet that I had laying around!

Bryan and Adam were great to work with! Adam had another helper that was excellent also!!

Randy and Jeremy were great. Did the work, kept me informed throughout the project. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like they cared about doing a good job and helping me understand the process. When you have a plumbing emergency, it is nice to know someone to help. I will call them again.

They are slow to respond, and they didn’t measure correctly when they did the job so I had to schedule another time (a full week later!) for them to come fix the job they screwed up. I was without a working sink for an extra week because of this, and they charged me a small fortune to do the job. Once the job was complete it was well done, but with the amount of money they charge their customer service—particularly speed—and attention to detail was far below where it should’ve been.
