Top notch from beginning to end... already hired them for another big job.... highly recommend

I requested a quote for replacing a kitchen faucet from another plumber and was quoted $266 for a 30-45 minute job ($355/hr.), which I declined. I was contacted by Friendly Plumber, explained the other quote and was told that they didn't have an hourly rate and would have to send a plumber to look at the situation and quote a flat fee. They did and quoted the same $266, which I declined. Instead I had them tighten the old faucet, which cost $49 for a 10 minute job. They were knowledgeable, competent, and courteous. Home Advisor needs to provide more transparency about rates.

I really appreciat Friendly Plumber and the plumber that worked on my water heater. He did an excellent repair and didn't just try to sell me a new water heater. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it without pushing any upsells. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again!

Friendly Plumber was very quick to respond after our washing room faucet began to leak. Chuck was the technician they dispatched and we was fantastic, answered any questions I had and helped teach me quite a bit about my plumbing system. Can't recommend enough.

I should have gotten three estimates, but chose Friendly Plumbing, because they give free estimates, and they were highly rated. But they charged me top dollar for a simple repair. I feel like I've been duped. Expensive lesson learned.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

They were very professional and punctual and they knew what hey were doing. Would highly recommend them.

Where to begin? Superbowl Sunday our sewer backed up and we were referred to Friendly Plumbing. Within a few hours Ryan came and punched through the clog so the line would drain. The next day Corey came and completely cleared out the line. He ran a camera down and saw the damage done to the line from where our ground had settled and created a belly where "crap" was getting trapped. Also there were several sections where the huge tree in our yard had broken through the pipes with its roots. Two weeks later Casey and Porter came and fixed the pipe that had sunk and lined the rest of the pipe to make sure the roots would not plug up the sewer line. Bottom line, they were quick, efficient, comparable in price, but most of all they were very friendly. They made a horrible situation bearable. The company is very well named because all the people we worked with were very friendly and very personable and easy to work with. Thank you to Ryan, Casey, Porter and Corey. You guys were great.

Extremely overpriced and, as a disabled veteran, I believe I was taken advantage of. Replaced kitchen faucet and a few PVC pipes under the sink. I am positive that the materials (faucet and two small pipes and Ptrap) cost was under 120 bucks, I was charged 500 bucks. Never again!

They were speedy, punctual. and would use them again.
